I am very happy to have had Clay Sichting assist in my plumbing needs today. I accidentally dropped a lotion bottle in my toilet and needed help quickly. Peterman Brothers quickly accepted my appointment and had Clay at my home the same morning. The experience was affordable and convenient. Peterman Brothers are wonderful. They are super easy to contact and schedule appointments. Marc has been our technician several time and he is very knowledgeable and very professional. He explains things well and has never judged us for not knowing something about our plumbing system! Definitely recommend them!

Avery Bird & Mike Decker were very nice & professional. They took the time to answer all of our questions too. They took every effort to protect our carpet and walls and didn’t leave a mark. Once they were finished, it was like they were never there.

She listens to my thoughts, researches my questions and provides real time answers and possible solutions that Peterman can offer. I’m always happy to hear when she is the technician coming. We have used Peterman for many years and are in our late 60s. We’ve probably spent over $100k on them with a high turnover of technicians in recent years. Pete Peterman was very customer service oriented but since his sons took over and they have expanded, they have become more money oriented, selling things not needed and a lack of customer service. We spent thousands on our recent unit and it has stopped working many times as we sit in a 80 degree home this evening on the hottest day of the year. Response was, we can be out 6 days later even though we have the highest membership. We don’t do reviews but this one is to let folks know our experience. It’s been a frustrating one. Time for a change.

My mother is 90 years old, and she called to have her electrical connection fixed on the overhead fan in her living room. Ryan Harrison was the representative that came out from the company. Ryan was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem and solve it for us. He was very personable, and made my mother feel at ease. He provided a great service at a great price. We will definitely be calling and asking for Ryan again, should my Mother have any future home owner needs. Thanks so much for 5 star service!
