The service tech was Shaq. He was friendly and quite knowledgeable about my AC system and the repair issue. He took care of the problem quickly and provided information about what he was doing. I did sign up for the company's service plan since the price was very reasonable with good cost savings. Based on my first encounter with Peterman Brothers I highly recommend their company.

I always have a wonderful experience with all of The Peterman Brothers staff. Adeyemi completed my HVAC maintenance with attention to detail and thoroughness. Adeyemi went above and beyond today, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Came out for a minor issue and noticed a major issue with my sump pump. Steve took the time to fully inspect the system & determined it needed to be replaced. Within 30 minutes the replacement team arrived and started the process. Saved me from a flooded finished basement for sure! Highly recommend!

We are very pleased with all aspects of their service. The techs that come out to the house are awesome, and the folks at the office are really friendly and helpful.

We were so impressed we did not hesitate to sign up for their Membership. While on site, Jacob produced 2 quotes for me that I requested regarding additional work on site and It was a very competitive price. We’d be happy to have Jacob come back out to complete this work.
