Derrick was professional, knowledgeable and came to my house to service my air conditioner. I was very pleased with the service he provided. I also was appreciated the customer service in coordinating my appointment for service.
It doesn't appear that we can reply to the responses, so I'll edit here. Yes, we tried turning on our AC multiple times before calling on June 1st. That doesn't change that fact that it has never worked. You did leave a voicemail, on my husbands phone, when I've been the one calling. I've now called multiple times to the number you provided over the course of the day - leaving 1 voicemail - with still no call back.

I echo a lot of what has been said in previous 1 star reviews. Was sold on a completely new HVAC system (back in March/April) and have been without a functioning system since then. It never worked, was leaking freon, needs a new compressor - these are all the things we've heard. They've been out 3 times (maybe 4 - I've lost count) to "fix" the problem and yet we are still without AC. At 1 visit, the technician was here until 11pm AT NIGHT. We have small children, we had guests over, and had to leave our house available to him to complete a (temporary) fix, until 11PM. Truly absurd. They are putting a band-aid a solution when we've paid a lot of money for a brand new system. I called and they said they'd forward my information to customer experience, but couldn't say when they'd get back. At this point, I want my money back so I can pay a company who knows what they are doing and cares about their customers.
Adding: we were coming up on a 90+ degree weekend and they promised - TWICE - that they'd drop cooling units to use since our system wasn't working. And they never did. Left us, young kids and all, without AC in 90+ degree heat.
Jonah is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He helped diagnose our issue and took the time to explain how it happened as well as review different options to resolve it. Excellent service and very friendly!

I had a complete HVAC installation. Avery and Phil were very professional and did a great job! They were very thorough when it came to explaining the work they performed and all of the new functions on my thermostat. They went over all of safety features that I should know and answered all my questions. Did a great job cleaning up after as well!! 5 stars
The service I got was superb. The guy that came by from Peterman bros. did preventable maintenance on my plumbing system. He was great and very educated on plumbing. He gave me a lot of tips and tricks to take care of my system
Just got my new water heater installed with Peterman Brothers. Jeff Myers and Aaron Parker and crew arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job. They were professional and courteous. I was so impressed with their work ethic’s and friendly service. Looking forward to having my air conditioner replaced by Peterman Brothers. I highly recommend their service. Electrical maintenance. Jake replaced my hot water heater and he was professional and explained everything to me. He was very polite. Today cold Today Cole came and did a maintenance check on my electrical. He was very thorough he even helped me I had surgery on my hand couldn’t open this one thing he opened it for me replace it on something else he went the extra mile. I really appreciate all the services I have gotten from Peterman Brothers. I recommend you to everybody I talk to that’s looking for plumbing electrical or heating AC Thank you so much for hiring very professional and polite gentleman.
I would not recommend them at all. A little over a year ago they installed a new well pump for me. The first time they came they signed me up for their membership to avoid paying the full service call, and instead just $12/month. After they installed the new pump I called 4 times because my pressure seemed low. They kept sending the same guy who kept telling my that his readings were that the pressure is fine. The pressure is so low that when I hook up a sprinkler to my outside hose the water shoots about 4 inches off the ground. Before the previous pump went bad the water shot 4 or 5 feet off the ground with the same sprinkler. They have a 5 year warranty on the pump, but only 30 days on the labor. Since they kept sending the same guy that is either incompetent or not honest enough to admit he screwed something up, I'm stuck with either paying their service fee and work they do to fix it, or call someone that knows what they're doing. I almost forgot that while I still had their membership, one of their heating/ac guys came out and did their preventative tune-up and mentioned that our water pressure seemed pretty low! They finally sent somebody different out, and didn't charge. He found the problem The well pump was a 220 pump, and the breaker looked like 220, but was only 110. They installed a new 110 pump and the pressure is correct.
