Muegge Plumbing & Heating

Our geothermal unit was not operating properly. I called Muegge before they opened and received a call from the office not long after. She was very polite and said she would put us on the second stop.
The gentleman showed up a couple hours later, had the problem diagnosed quickly and got us up and running in no time!
I believe this is our second and maybe third time calling Muegge: but they will always be who we call first.

Punctual, professional, and some amazing work. They were able to get my water heater replaced quickly. Works great, best shower I've had in ages.

I have been using Muegge for heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical work for the past 15 years and they always do excellent work. They are my first call when I need work done on my home.

Contractor assessed both my air conditioners and only maintained and charged for the one that was working properly.

I had a leak in water line to refrigerator, I knew where the leak was. When repairman came I told him where leak was. Also asked if he would replace old shut off valve to line. It took him 10 minutes to fix line he then spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours driving around to find shut off valve to fit . Didn’t find it then said someone in parts would call around to find and left. Charged me $185.00. Didn’t break down the bill showed it to my 83 year old husband. I didn’t see until I got e mail copy. I think I was charged for his driving around looking for shut off value. I won’t use them again for plumbing needs.

The workers did good work and were timely and polite, my issues have been on the back end/office side. I had a mailer coupon that the plumbers told me I just needed to mention to receive the discount when I showed them. The office workers claim say that is not how it works and refused to give me a $20 discount. The work was good but refusing to honor your own promotions isn’t. I’ll use other plumbers in the future.

My ancient AC went out about a week ago I called around to get a few quotes and I am still waiting to get them. I requested a 2nd opion on Muegge Plumbing's website on 05/23/2018 around 7pm. I received a call from Amy at 8am the following day. By 5pm on 5/24/2018 I had a quote from Zach and the job scheduled for the next day. Today I have a new AC unit installed and working. Every one was very efficient and friendly over the phone and worked to find a solution that worked best. Thank you all so much!

The crew showed up around 8:30 in the morning and were very professional and polite. They worked diligently and were as quiet and inconspicuous as they could be. They hauled away the previous equipment and even hauled away an extra air conditioner pad from my back yard at no charge.
I was not home when they completed the work but they called me to let me know that they were finished and locked the door they had been using.
They left my house very clean and the new furnace and a/c unit look and work great! Very clean work, I am 100% satisfied with their workmanship, and they will be my first call for future work.

Would definitely recommend this company , They installed our heating and air conditioning 5 years ago, did a great installation job and was very clean. Had a problem last week and could not find the part they needed so they have gone way out of their way to get it from another furnace and bring it in and put it on ours, we are very happy so far would definitely recommend them!!

I had to have my garage floor drain replaced. Mitch did a great job! He explained everything to me and showed me the old drain after he removed it. He replaced it and did the concrete work to repair the floor. Excellent job. This should fix the water issue we had in our garage. Thank you for your prompt, knowledgeable and quality service.
