A little red 4door car clipped me on the highway your drivers need to do better it was marked as car 29 I have a picturw of your plates as well I was on my way out of town for a family emergency meanwhile your employee was smoking in the company car

I've had two separate issues with my AC unit and Lamb's has done a tremendous job both times. Quick to respond and effective in dealing with the issue. Justin did a great job. Highly recommend.

Gage and Houston came on time to my home for a service call and immediately took the time to listen while I explained what was going on without rushing me. I had a lot to show and tell them as we walked through the house, describing what I felt could be causing respiratory issues on an older system. They listened closely with respect and gave their advice as to what could be done to improve air quality in the home. They were professional, courteous, and well-communicated how I could maintain the current hvac system and what adjustments could be made. They explained the system, made suggestions about rerouting ductwork and future replacement of the mechanicals. They made repairs to the system and cleaned up after themselves. I truly appreciated the kind respect they gave me, and I would highly recommend Lamb

I set up an appointment to get a quote for central air to be installed at my house. A Lamb tech came out and did an evaluation but I never received a quote even after calling multiple times about it. I cannot review the work they do but it was disappointing the way the quote was handled.

I called Lambs when my A/C went out on a 92’ day. Phone was promptly answered by a real person. Technician,Ben, was at my house in just a few hours. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Cost was very reasonable. Ben was pleasant, knowledgeable, and respectful. I will definitely use Lambs again. They are trustworthy.

I've used Lambs several times, for both new installs, replacement systems, and service of existing systems. I've received very prompt service every time that I call.
They've installed new systems for me at 2 of the businesses that I owned, a house that I rehabbed and at a building that I built for a customer. They have replaced a system for me at my personal home, and have serviced systems for me at 2 of the houses that I have lived at, and my daughters home. I can recommend Lambs without reservation, as I've had nothing but outstanding service over many years of dealing with them.

These people are a waste of your time. It's been 2 months since they were at our place. I've emailed and called and they still don't have the decency to contact us and give us an estimate. Thanks Summers Heating and cooling in New Albany for being prompt, courteous, and doing what you said you would do in a timely manner. I do not recommend that you spin your wheels with Lambs. The least they could have done was called and said " we are not interested". I think that would have taken about 30 seconds

Called Lamb's the Friday after Thanksgiving and they answered the phone, lined up a service tech (Ethan) to call me, and he called me later the same day and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Ethan the technician quickly replaced the blower motor Saturday. They provided a quick response at a reasonable price, what more could I ask for?

My air went out on a HOT day! I used the online request (on a Monday morning) and had a return call with in 20 minutes. Knowledgeable and great customer service gave a window of time and arrived ON time the same Monday I requested help. Figured out the problem and fixed the problem. Ben was great! Thank you Lambs for getting my house cool again!
