The Tech was professional and a pleasure. Fixed the problem with our AC after another place said nope, you need a new unit. When we do need a new unit I will be calling Frank Monroe with a pause.

I'm SO glad that I called Frank's for a 2nd opinion. Luke was able to make it out here quick, he was polite and professional, and took the time to explain my problem. I was told by another company my system was too old, the parts were too hard to find, and I should buy a new furnace. Luke was able to diagnose my problem in about 20 minutes, they got the part in 2 days, and fixed my system. I was so worried about this issue and they saved me so much money. I am forever thankful, without them my family wouldn't have right now.

Monroe Heating and Air did an exceptional job installing our new Bryant Heat Pump system. They answered all of our questions, verified that our 20 old Rudd Heat Pump did need to be replaced instead of just needing to be repaired. They were willing to risk losing a sale to make sure the old unit was dead and just didn't need to be repaired. They welcomed my research and questions, spent a large amount of time trying to locate our new unit with the supply chain shortages, sent Brock a technician out to get our emergency heat running since the temperatures were dropping into the 30's, and took great care with making sure not to track in mud and dirt even though the rainy weather was less than ideal. My only regret is that I didn't get to know this company 25 years ago. They will be the only company I ever use for our heating and air needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who is need of heating and air service.

Frank Monroe replaced my air conditioner in July 2021 and they still have not completed the job after being paid last year. I have called several times and spoke to Steve with no success. While the air conditioner was replaced I have been asking to have the job completed since January 2022.

We use Frank Monroe for all our heating and cooling needs. They are always prompt. They are very courteous and explain things to you. And if something isn’t right… they will make it right.

I would absolutely recommend Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling to anyone. I woke up one morning to a cold house and realized my furnace wasn't working. I called one of the big HVAC companies and they sent out a technician who spent very little time looking at my unit and told me that I needed to replace it for a cost of $6,700. I called Frank Monroe to give me a second opinion. Luke, the technician they sent out, figured out what the problem was within an hour and had the furnace up and running and only charged me $65. He even programmed my thermostat for me! Better yet, he texted me later to make sure we weren't having any continuing issues. I will be a Frank Monroe Heating and Cooling customer for life! They are honest, hard-working, and go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you!!!
