Lamb's Heating & Air Conditioning

We had a positive experience with Lamb's from start to finish replacing our entire 17+ year old HVAC system (heat pump and indoor air handler). The first person that came to give the estimate was on time (and gave an actual time instead of a 4 hour window). He provided many viable options for us to choose. The workers that came out to perform the installation were all polite and efficient (no standing around smoking or shooting the breeze). They all wore booties to protect my floor and keep it clean. The office person was very nice when I called to obtain a certificate I needed for a rebate. I will not hesitate to call Lamb's for any future service.

I am a landlord in Louisville. I have used many subcontractors over the years. Lamb's is far and away the best. I have used them to install furnaces + a/c condensing units, as well as repairs and service...they have been able to diagnose and repair when other HVAC contractors said to replace or couldn't trace down the problem. They are honest and competitively priced. For me as a landlord, the communication every step of the way is extremely important and valued. I receive notification of appointment settings, when a tech is on the way, during or after appointment to explain the service needed or completed. I usually will not recommend subs to close friends or family because if something goes wrong they come to me of course, but wouldn't and haven't hesitated to do with Lamb's.

Lamb's Heating and Air did a phenomenal job installing the new furnace and A/C units in our home. The staff was wonderful to work with and ensured we were satisfied with the service. A year ago when my 1 year warranty was still active and my air conditioning tripped the circuit breaker they said “nothing was wrong” and blamed me for not changing the filter often enough. Fast forward to not even a year later and it happens again and my warranty is expired so I had to pay a full price bill for them fixing it. It was an exposed wire. I figure the problem was there before. That means not only did they not fix a problem but I was living with a potential fire hazard that whole time.

I live in Minneapolis and needed a furnace replace at my parents house in Louisville KY. I contacted Jacob late on Monday to see if he can have his guys come out and take a look at the furnace ASAP.

He had a technician contact me right away and schedule for service on Tuesday. After the technician came by they found out that the furnace needed to be replaced.

My dad was getting out of hospital and needed to have the heat running ASAP so they rushed some parts and reworked their schedule to accommodate and install on Wednesday!

Lamb's installed my a/c unit a few years ago and have serviced it a few times as issues (unrelated to their install) have arisen. They have consistently showed up the SAME day I called and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had an urgent situation occur with our unit where a storm damaged the capacitor during the middle of summer. I did an online request for service application and Lambs showed up the next day which was a Saturday to make the repair which was still covered under warranty. The technician who did the repair was amazing and even explained what caused the issue and steps that could be taken to minimize the risks of the scenario occurring again. Our family will definitely continue to use Lambs Heating & Air for all our future HVAC related business.
