Hands down the best company you can choose to service or install your system. I've dealt with their baseline technicians, supervisors and even the Owner got involved in the issue I had (not due to their fault). They genuinely care about making sure your stuff is working and stand behind their work 100%. You will not be disappointed!

My furnace quit working. So I called Lambs heating and Air. They sent Ben out, he worked on it and figured out what was wrong. He was really nice great customer service. Over night my furnace stopped again. I had to call back the following day, on New Years Eve. Ben came back out and did this and that. Figured out we had a bad breaker. Since that was fixed we have Heat! Thank you Ben and Lambs Heating and Air!

Wow.... what great service!! Our air conditioner stopped working and Lamb's had it "fixed" up and running, again, within 3 hours!! The serviceman that came to our house was friendly, courteous and efficient! He even took time to instruct my husband on what he could do to help maintain the unit!! I WILL call Lamb the next time I need help with my furnace or air conditioner!!

All I can say is WOW! Our family has had several individuals throughout our home as we've renovated over the years. My husband and I agree this is the best experience we've had with a company. The gentleman that came were professional yet friendly. They wore booties over their shoes as they navigated in and out of our home. They worked diligently to install our new electric furnace and A.C. unit. We were quoted $2000.00 more by another company. Air conditioning is a luxury and we are blessed to have it. We are also blessed that Lamb Heating and Air conditioning came into our lives! You all are AMAZING. Customers for life!

I rarely give 5 stars but this company deserves it. We got a call back from Gordon Lamb immediately after leaving a message with answering service at 10:30 pm. And although he didn't have the part on hand to come right out, he patiently walked my husband through steps to shut down the unit (we were smelling something burning). As promised, they were here at 8 am to look at it. Techs are responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't say enough about this company. Adam and Renee Beck

I recently contacted Lamb's to get an estimate on replacing my furnace. When their guy showed up, he was there for less than 5 minutes. He only asked one or two questions, just took a picture of the furnace spec sheet, then bolted, saying he had other places to be. On his way out, he just said he would email me an estimate... Something that I never received.
I'm not asking to be waited on hand and foot, but if you expect me to fork over thousands of dollars, at least make me feel like you want my business.

We wanted to give a local company business so we called them for an estimate for a new heat pump/ air handler replace. Their rep Justin came out and was in the home very briefly. He left promising to send the estimate via email. I called them the next day since I had not received the estimate only to be told that he was working on it and should be sending it to me end of the day. It's been about 10 days and we still have not received the estimate or a call from them. Good thing we had other estimates and have signed up with another HVAC company. If their estimate/ sales process is so incompetent imagine their after sales service would be worse!!
