Glacier Heat & Air

We called early in the morning to have our air conditioning fixed. Didnt know what to expect being it was right after a holiday. I read reviews on here and was happy to see that Logan was the one who was sent out as I have seen reviews from 2 years ago mentioning how great he was. He had our AC back up and running within an hour and was very transparent on the problems and the work he had done. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the other gentleman with him. But kudos to you all! Thank you!

My AC was "not right" I am not well versed in HVAC anything. when I started having AC issues I emailed them early in am figuring it would take hours or days for someone to get back to me...I had reply email in less than 5 minutes with appt date and time and price approximate of visit. Tech was prompt and on time, was amazing at his job. He diagnosed the issue and was able to save me tons of money when other companies were quick to take advantage of me and over charge for every single thing. I will never use another service besides this one for all HVAC needs!!!

This company is awesome all the way around. Polite. On time. Thorough. Will be doing business in the future.

My a/c died last week and I got a recommendation from a coworker to call Glacier. Logan was our technician and he did a superb job! He not only fixed the problem, but he found the cause. He explained everything to me during the process (I'm an hvac idiot!:). The cost was very fair, as well! I highly recommend them and won't ever call anyone else!

Joe is a great guy and goes outta his way to get the job done. If others would run their business like that they would have alot more return customers.
