Please don't waste your time and especially your money. We must have been given the most inexperienced sales staff available. Extremely frustrating to insulting experience working with them. Work with your builder to go elsewhere; box stores prices, online or anywhere costs are much more affordable and choices much more available. Freestanding tub with them is 3x the cost of even getting the same one at home depot. I wish I could come up with one positive thing to give them. But after the entire process can not. If you do work with them. Review everything!!!! Pull up the model they propose and double check dimensions or capability is what you want. We had to correct so many items numerous times, still missed a few. When looking for a whole house, can get overwhelming. I am forever stuck with a few items, dimensions I requested was for interior sizing; but theirs with outside dimensions. I learned to pull up model and check. Sales didn’t listen or even pay attention to that difference. Take a trip to Ferguson’s or look around local other retailers.

Try your best to never go to the counter for Eric. Most rude and disrespectful person I’ve met in a long time. And I’ve delt with him multiple times. He never changes. How he still works the position he works blows my mind honestly. Cory and the other young guy are very helpful and respectful. Lee Supply, maybe talk with him.

Quality Interior

I had an awful experience with customer service. I had a part that failed the day it was installed. The plumber told me it was defective. I took it to the store for refund or exchange. A guy at the desk told me he couldn't authorize a return or exchange. I or a plumber had to return it to Delta & Delta will send me a new part, which will take 7 - 10 days! Meanwhile I had a showerhead that's leaking 5 gal every 2-3 hours.

I was never told about that kind of return policy when I bought thousands of dollars worth of plumbing supplies & fixtures for my home from Lee Supply.

I have more to buy, but will be looking elsewhere. Also have 4 friends that will be building new homes this year or next. They will be looking elsewhere for plumbing supplies.

He also wanted me to come back when Mark was there. I tried to explain to him the part isn't that expensive ($100 or less). If I keep making trips back to the store to see if Mark is there, I'll soon have more time & money invested than the part is worth. I wanted customer service now, not later. He got very irritated & told that is not how it works. He kept telling me: " You just don't understand how this works." He made me feel very insignificant, like I was bothering him.

I have over 25 years of experience with customer service, dating back to when I was a child, following my Dad around to his multiple businesses that he owned. After I started working for him, he would have fired me I EVER treated a customer like this.

This encounter took place approximately 12:00 noon, on Fri June 7th.

I mentioned the plumber's name that day. I won't mention his name here, since this review is not about the plumber. This review is about the customer service I experienced that day.

Here's an example of the agitated response I got when I mentioned the plumber's name: "Joe?? Where's he been? I haven't seen him around here buying things, in a looong time!!" (Joe is not the plumber's real name)

After that I started to slowly back away, as our conversation became more tense, until I got to the door. Then, I smiled & said: "Thanks for trying", & I left before things escalated any futher.

We have dealt with Lee Supply in the past and it was excellent- but this most recent time it was just terrible when something went wrong. We were replacing an existing toilet and the wrong size was ordered (this was not the problem) so we were doing an exchange- but it took 8 WEEKS to get the correct toilet back in! What was worse was the fact that i had a hard time talking to ANYONE about it, so i was left in the dark. When I finally did get a hold of someone who said the toilet was in, it took over a week to get back to me and say we could pick it up and we owed money. I don't want to pay the difference because it was such a headache.

My husband wjo has never build before was in total ahh..Mrs Robin Yoder was the best .she had alot of knowledge and made this part of building fun and easy

We walked in with plans to remodel our kitchen and bathroom, but were told to make an appointment and come back "next week." The employee made us feel very unwelcome. We won't be back. Ever.
