We needed more Freon, they provide a replacement for r22. Casey did a great job. She took time to answer my questions and gave extra insight.

The news had warned everyone to make sure their systems were in good functioning order as we were going to get a severe wind and well below zero Temps. Here I am thinking we are all good since no issues in the past. Woke up to a freezing cold home in the 50's inside and no working furnace. I contacted Pro Comfort & Heating to see if they could help. On short notice they not only were able to come to our home but were able to temporarily get the furnace working til the part came in. Casey our tech was amazing, friendly and knew exactly what she was doing to get us up and working.

i had used this company last summer for the air conditioner , and i was highly impressed . my furnace stopped running , and they called me back right away when they opened and were here in 1 hour , and professionally repaired my furnace and explained everything to me , highly skilled tecs , and the nicest bunch of people i have ever met , that actually love their job and pleasing customers , would never use anyone else ,. Had my furnace running in no time at all .it is so wonderful to see a company that truly cares about their service and customers . Gabe and Liam were awesome they brought out the furnace and installed it. The company was very good to work with and made it affordable for us. They went above and beyond to make this work for us. They were professional and they had attention to detail and made sure all was working before they left. I liked the care and consideration they showed to me and explained and answered all my questions.
I have recommended them to our friend and will continue to refer new clients to them.

Casey came today for our annual furnace maintenance and discovered housing cracks.
She took pictures of the cracks, measured for a new unit and made the whole process so easy. Pro Comfort is now assigned to replace the unit from my home warranty. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable and very skilled.
