Pro Comfort was contracted through our HSA Home Warranty. They contacted me within minutes of being assigned to our issue and were able to get us an appointment the following afternoon. Rob came and was very professional, and got the job done quickly! He thanked me for looking at the issue before we turned off the furnace so we knew what the problem was. Not too many technicians take their time to thank the customer for doing things 'right' before contacting for the fix.

Our condensation pump was not pumping water to our drain and the hoses appeared to be full of dirty water. Your technician explained this to me and proceeded to clean out the PVC piping from the air handler through the trap and down into the condensate pump. he then used a cup of bleach to pour into the system to clean out the dirty water and the flow of water was corrected.

ProComfort installed a mixed ducted and non-ducted mini-split system for us and has been a delight to work with from the very beginning.

First, all the little first impressions. Their website is very well designed and they seemed to care enough about professionalism to invest in that. When I first inquired about an estimate, the person who answered the phone was very friendly, seemed quite knowledgeable, and had us scheduled for a quote in a trice. As soon as I hung up, I even got a nice little text on my phone with the appointment information. I also got another text the day of to notify me that John was on the way and it even provided tracking information with his GPS coordinates and realtime ETA. How cool is that??

When John arrived, he listened to what we were looking for, made a diagram of our house and took measurements of the dimensions of the rooms as well as the windows so he could perform a heat loss analysis and determine the proper equipment for our needs. He looked at our house’s specific peculiarities, thought outside the box and came up with a way that he could access the entire house while keeping costs as low as possible. He explained his thought process as he went along, listened to our ideas, and strategised together with us. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

John got back with us with a quote very promptly and he was super gracious about answering even more questions. He gave me his direct cell number in case I thought of any more and even made a second run out to our house to follow up on another idea we had—and we ended up coming up with an even better plan together than the original. He was incredibly generous with his time, open to new ideas, and genuinely wanted to do the project the best way possible for us. He worked our install into the schedule very promptly and was really helpful through the financing process.

During the install, everyone who worked on the project was super considerate, worked as a team very effectively, and they all worked extra hard to get it all done well and in the planned time frame, even though it was a pretty involved install (and the weather was nasty!) They were even very conscientious of our little child and his nap schedule.

When it was all done, John set up a day with us to dial in the air conditioning function of the system (as it was especially cold that day) and fine-tune the heating system if needed. He even made the trip out himself to check the system that day and was super cool about helping me fill out a rebate form for our power company. The system is working great so far and we are so happy we chose them to install it.

When we were first looking into getting a mini-split system, we looked at a ton of Google reviews of heating/cooling companies in the area and decided to get a bunch of estimates from the ones that seemed most promising. Not only did Pro Comfort give us the best price of any of them, they were the most professional and thorough.

None of the other companies actually measured our house to perform an accurate heat-loss analysis straight off the bat. Some of the highly rated companies didn’t even specifically tailor the equipment to our house at all—they just seemed like they had one set of equipment they installed, that they evidently expected to work fine everywhere— but would only cover a few rooms of our house. To top it off, John’s manner was definitely the most personable and helpful of any of them.

Pro Comfort outshined the competition in every possible way and we are extremely happy to have worked with them. We would highly recommend their their services to anyone with heating/cooling needs!

Service call thru my Home Warranty and I lucked out!
They condemned the old AC/Furnace that was original with the house (built in 2003). Got a brand new unit installed today.
Very friendly staff, great communication of status updates and when techs on their way throughout the process. Prompt and super easy to work with. Highly recommend!! They took the stress out of a very stressful situation.
