a kid came out for 10 minutes and never fixed the problem. a 165.00 bill turned into 453.99 after turned over to collections. they are a unprofessional company that highers teenagers to evaluate the problems. i would never recommend this company to anyone.

Tech explained everything he was doing. Very knowledgeable. Didn’t take long to service. Very pleased. Would definitely use them for future business.

If you deal with this company and you have issues with their service, you will have to pay again for them to come out even if its under warrantee. That happened to us and when we disputed it they send $32 bill to collections although we paid $6000 for the unit and had a minor problem after couple of weeks. There are a lot of great other companies in Fort Wayne like Kortee

We needed the exhaust fan repaired on our furnace and Coe Heating and Air Conditioning was very quick to come out and fix the broken part. We had called two other companies, one never called back and the other tried getting us to replace our entire HVAC unit with a costly subscription service. I appreciate that Coe Heating and Air Conditioning was honest and quick to come out to repair our unit. Their pricing was also very reasonable! We will definitely be calling Coe for any other HVAC repairs or servicing.
