It was a great experience! Jeff C came out to something the other tech didn't do, and he fully fixed my furnace, totally explained everything. Told me where problem was and explained what was going on. Been a customer of Coe for many years, and my mother was for many years. It has become a family thing, always respectful and nice and informative. Thanks Coe Heating!

We started having issues with our AC this weekend and everyone I spoke to was very kind and courteous and helpful. Jeff the on-call technician came out to help us and was incredibly nice and helpful. We are so glad he was able to help us quickly and easily!

I've been using Coe for several years. They are always professional and they always did a great job. Their prices are competitive. They also saved us from the predatory practices of another local firm who was trying to convince us a couple of years ago that we have to replace our furnace. We called Coe for a second opinion and after inspection they told us that there was nothing wrong with our system.

I can always depend on Coe H&AC. However this visit Jeff C was more than professional, he was patient and informative. I have had a recurring issue which has never appeared when the technician was present. I had a particular way of describing it that past technicians were confused by, but Jeff C listened carefully, informed me why what I thought was happening was not possible, then presented an alternate scenario which would give me the impression that I had. Jeff C made the effort and took the time.

Mason was very professional, knowable, and personable. He explained the condition of my furnace and A/C. He also explained my A/C wasn't level. He was able to use 2 of my bricks to level it again.
