Our annual maintenance appointment. The service technician answered all my questions and explained throughly the maintenance he performed. He also reminded us that our system is 23 years old so we are aware it could be less costly to replace if a repair is needed in the near future instead of replacing parts.
My homeowners company recommended this company to repair my furnace. Although they advertise a free estimate and I only hired them because of the warranty, I was billed for their fifteen minutes visit as well as told the repair wouldn’t be covered due to water damage. Meanwhile, I went with a very reputable repair man who replaced a bad relay switch only costing me $400. I don’t agree with being charged for what I thought was a covered visit, especially when they offer free estimates. Do yourself a favor if you have a homeowners warranty and go with someone else.
They installed a new air conditioner for us in the spring & our gas line ran beside it. They needed to take the gas pipe apart to fit the air conditioning unit inside. They left our gas on. We had a horrible smell in our house for 2 weeks. I am unfamiliar with the smell of leaking gas as it smells comparable to a sewer smell. Korte ended up coming over, fixed it free of charge & explained to us what happened. I called the owner of Coe to let him know they left our gas on & he denied that his guys did it and that he trusted them. Absolutely horrible! We have young children & this was very, very scary! I would never recommend them to anyone.
I have an antiquated unique boiler system and Jeff at Coe is the only person I have found that even knew what it was, let alone service it. They will have my business as long as Jeff is around!

It seems as though their goal is not to obtain customers who appreciate working with them but rather trying to squeeze every penny they absolutely can at any cost. If you use them, pray that there are no costs after the fact because they are liable to not tell you and send you to collections. They don't mind losing customers if it means they can get a few more dollars.
