Jeff was diligent, knowledgeable, did a great job of explaining things, and went the extra mile (or about a thousand), to fix our AC! He showed us that there really are skilled technicians willing to take the time to fix something, rather than just tell you that you need to replace it. Coe has earned lifelong customers in us!

Our a/c unit suddenly stopped working and we noticed the thermostat was blank. Jeff from Coe came out and couldn’t find anything wrong after thoroughly checking the possibilities. He suggested it may be the thermostat starting to go bad.
While we were disappointed it wasn’t a warranty repair we appreciated Jeff giving everything a complete check and his vast knowledge of the whole system.
We’ve recommended Coe to family, friends and acquaintances and will continue recommending them.

Worker was knowledgeable and professional. Our AC had stopped cooling and we had a family dinner planned for the next day. They were able to schedule someone to come out the same day which which we greatly appreciated.

Called because our boiler was not working. Received same day service. The tech was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly identify that our thermostat was not making the connection. He installed a new thermostat.

Felt that the cost of the thermostat was over priced at $100, but I did not argue about paying the price because I was tired of being cold and the gentleman was able to install it quickly.

Have been on Coe's ASP plan for my furnace and a/c for several years. Yesterday, my 18 year old water heater died from age and rusting out, etc. A technician came out in the afternoon (no charge) and by 11:00 a.m. this morning I had a new water heater and HOT WATER! The installers were the nicest guys ever and really cleaned up after the installation! Would recommend Coe for any of your HVAC or water heater needs! Very good company to work with! Nice people!
