Coe has done a number of repairs for me over the years and always provide exceptional service and at a fair price . I know I can always trust them and that’s why I keep calling them back when needed.

THEY SHOW ME!! There's been lots of times they simply a do something small like fix a wire I broke with a line trimmer, clean up a part or remove birds and show me what to do myself next time it happens. These pros aren't into up charging for parts and I appreciate it.

Coe's office called me to say that their tech was on the way. He was friendly, masked, got the maintenance done and told me how everything checked out. Overall, a good experience.

The came out to my home. Friendly guys but they did not fix the problem. They were here for less then 10 mins and told me to run my heat on emergency heat so it won't trip my breaker. Well, guess what??? My breaker trips constantly.

My hotwater heater went out, about 5yrs after, i call COE because they had their number on the side panel. A technician came out and realized he did not have the part to my unit. So he decided to by pass the second thermostat to make the unit work. Well the unit was workinking on over drive for about 6 months than it went out again, i told the next tech that came out, my unit has a upper and lower thermostat, and the the last guy bypassed the lower one, he stated that he shouldnt have done that, i ask if i would have to pay for the ssrvices today, he said he didnt make that call at the end of the day they sued me because i didnt wont to pay for the first mistake.
