Jeff and his staff were all very professional. They arrived at the timepromised and completed the job as needed. As I had already m moved out of my home, Jeff went the extra mile by agreeing to run some water to make ready for a water inspection the following day. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team!

What a breath of fresh air these people are! After a HORRIBLE experience with a local area HVAC company, I was frustrated and a bit skeptical...Kevin came out to fix a plumbing issue I was having and showed me that there are great people out there in this profession who are still in it for the customer! He was pleasant, knowledgeable, the price was fair and he was really fast! If anything goes wrong with my plumbing or HVAC again, I will not hesitate to give Henry Smith Plumbing and Heating my business! Great job guys!

These guys are awesome. very professional . Outstanding work. Responsive to the needs and for a late night Fourth of July call out that took us into the early morning hours of the next day they never lost their edge. Would call them first before any one else they have won my respect and future business

I contacted Henry Smith Plumbing Heating & Cooling late one evening with an air conditioner problem and they told me what to do until they could see what was going on. Then they had a dispatcher contact me at 7:30 the next morning. They had a tech show up less than a half an hour later. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes, had it fixed in less than an hour and was on his way. Bravo!

Sorry to give the low rating....the guy seemed nice, but their quote was over 700 bucks and 2 other companies were under 350 for the exact same job. I was shocked.

They are always friendly and come on time. They service our heating and air yearly. The serviceman always wears shoe covers.

Ridiculously expensive service charge for simple jobs. They also way overcharge for parts that could be bought at a hardware store. Definitely don't recommend!!

Was quoted over $1000 to replace a leaky shower faucet. Another company did the job for $400.

The service was not the best of quality and the prices were extremely high!!!!! Would NEVER recommend using them. When I called to question the billing, they completely ignored my concerns.

Very expensive, $2000 for a new well pump installed vs. $900 from Taber pump and well in Osceola.
