Ethan Mathews had been here several times before and we've always been impressed with his friendly professional demeanor. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is right.

Great people to work with, they worked with us and got us what we needed within our budget. We never felt pressured, nor like we were being talked into anything. We went with the split ductless system for our home. We have a wood stove and electric baseboard, wood stove is amazing but the baseboard heaters are horribly expensive to run and very inefficient. The cost for us to do a furnace and getting ductwork installed was going to be very expensive and very time consuming. The installers were professional and very quick, did a great job. Would recommend Crystal Valley to anyone!

We had a whole system put in replacing a unit from 1988! There was a lot maneuvering and relocating the unit. They did it fast, professionally, nice informative young men, cleaned up after themselves. Unit works great. Crystal Valley Comfort even helped with the rebate! Kind reliable professional service, would use again.

Even the owner came out to check on a installation question I had, w/o trying to sell me a new furnace. He proposed a quick and cheap fix and that was it. :) definitely on my approved vendor list, a rarity in current environment where nobody returns calls and tries to do as little as possible
