I will say crystal valley takes pride in there work. I have work side by side with them in the past when I use to work for an employer of mine. There team took care of the furnace install and hung all there ducts professionally, did not see a rock unturned in my perspective. They have a good team and dot the i”s and cross the t”s when it comes to quality

We had issues regarding the furnace installation: the first night the furnace quit working and we didn't have any heat, the new thermostat was new and defective and was replaced, there was carbon monoxide released in our home setting off our carbon monoxide detectors. There was also a leaky valve/hose that needed to be replaced. These issues were taken care of in a timely responsive manner. The technicians were very courteous.

Sam was great at inspecting my AC system and walking me through the issues I was having. He was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable.

The day before they arrived, Crystal Valley sent me a text, an email and a robot call saying they were coming. I had it in my phone already so I didnt need the reminder. The day of the appointment they did the same action again....text, email and a call from the technician saying he was on his way. Now, I had the appointment down already and I dont need 6 times as a reminder. And then, the special instructions I gave Crystal Valley over the phone a couple days before never were relayed to the technician, so I had to repeat them AGAIN to the technician. Customer service in the 21st century, ladies and gentlemen. Of course with Kenton Hostetler working there, this doesn't surprise me at all.

Eugene was absolutely wonderful. He had our heat back up and running within the hour. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! God bless you and Merry Christmas.

Only came out to assure my current furnace was compatible with the install of an AC, but no fee.

I met with Sam when he came to service my Air conditioning unit. I was extremely nervous. I have only lived my home for about two years or so. It is an older home so utilities are older. Upon Sam’s arrival extremely nice and professional. You read reviews of people having other servicing companies and develop an opinion of your own. Upon further review, conclusion was that I needed a new air conditioning unit. Sam reffed me to Ray. Ray outstanding guy, impeccable knowledge that helps ease your mind on making a one in a lifetime purchase. Highly recommend Crystal Valley Comfort.
