Great company to work with. They were open and honest about all my options that would be best for us. Their communication was extremely great and they didn't hesitate to answer any questions I may have had. The installers were super nice to work with and professional too. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. As much as I didn't want to deal with replacing a furnace they made the process easy and affordable. They will continue to get my business.

Technician followed-up with unresolved issue from 2022 and I got a response within an hour of this service call.

Crystal Valley Comfort installed a new furnace and a/c last December. They returned today to start up and test a/c performance. All is working great! Crystal Valley Comfort and all its employees have been great to work with.

Still giving 5 star for service even after being told will be a week before A/C can be repaired… great response from technician and professional service, regardless of our demise to suffer the next few days in excessive humidity with heat indexes near 100 degrees, we will appreciate a cool house once fixed…

Ethan was our tech this trip, he was very professional, greeted me at door with his name, I showed him to utility room, he did what he needed, told me of status and left with clear understanding of our units.
