Both the office and David were extremely polite, professional, prompt and courteous in servicing our central air unit over the weekend. He showed and clarified a simple part needed to be exchanged, and that everything was functioning perfectly. Thank you very much!!
Ben was a very knowledgeable technician with wonderful personality. We wish this company had more staff like him. He did a terrific job on our AC system. We want him to be sent to us whenever we need tune ups or repairs.
I called to ask if they do repairs on furnace/boiler for radiator heat. He said yes, and he'll send someone over to look at it for a $200 service fee. My problem is that the pilot light won't stay lit. A $200 charge for someone to come 5 minutes from his business seems ridiculous
My air conditioner stopped working this morning... so I started to call around... this was the third place I called and the man that answered said they could get here between 10am and 12pm, which was the quickest of anyone else.... made the appointment... gave name, phone and address.... at 11:45 I had received no call or message... so I called...They acted like they never even heard of me.... asked all my info again ....I explained that I made an appt ect... said they would call me back in 5 mins to let me know... called me back and said they were supposed to send someone but he was at another job and they could call me back and let me know how long it would take. .. they never called me back.... horrible communication....
Literally the best in the business. I've used these guys a couple of times now and they do everything they can to fit you in the schedule ASAP so that you don't sweat to death. They don't suggest unnecessary repairs to make money and I appreciate their honestly. We won't use anyone else!
This was my first time using Conway and I will use again. Joe was nice and very professional. He had no problem answering my questions and was very knowledgeable about my options. Kudos!
Called Monday for appointment for Thursday, called Wednesday to make sure appointment on thursday was good, had appointment for 8to10 Thursday morning, called at 10 dispatcher said he would find out where the tech was, called noon, dispatcher told me a supervisor would call, called at 2 PM say answer, called at 5 pm , no tech available, SAD company
Set up appointment and no one came and when I called they said I had no appointment. Set up second time and still no show and no one wants to give me answers. Very poor company. They can even tell me a managers name or give an email
