I woke up this morning to the a/c blowing warm air. A quick diagnosis told me the capacitor was shot. A phone call and quick trip to Lee's and the house is cool by lunch. Steve D. fixed me up with the right capacitor quickly and politely. You can't ask for more than that. Thanks!

Called for pricing on some faucet rough-in parts. Decent price so I drove over to pick it up and was charged approximately 20% more. I told her that wasn’t the price I was quoted and she said without a care that she didn’t know what I was talking about and just depends on who types up your ticket. Offered no help to figure it out and had a “sorry about your luck” attitude. It takes very little effort most of the time to have decent customer service, but it seems it was too much to ask today. I will not be back.

waited 30 minutes after pulling up 2 trucks pulled up after me and then i had to get out and ask where my order was because both trucks got theirs before me after I had been there already my order was placed 2 days prior

Takes 3 to 6 hrs to deliver. Dayrunners come in expecting doors to be open for them. No room to turn a full size truck without going into a door
