My heat stopped working and it the temperature in the house was rapidly dropping. I called afterhours on a Saturday and did some troubleshooting over the phone, when we could not figure it out, there was someone at my house in the middle of the night. I called this company because I saw they got great reviews from people on Google, BBB and they are a 24/7 business. I called around 11am to make an appointment, I was expecting a call time of around night time or the next morning, but the guy said he can be here in about two hours. Which was great! He called again when he was about 15 minutes away - which I really like because I love a good heads up. When Bill came he was on time, very personable and more importantly...great at his job! He was thankfully able to repair my parents air conditioning unit, which was great because we are getting some more really hot days and my parents are in their 70's. I really can't say enough great things about Bill and his service. We will definitely call Keefe HVAC again and I will refer this business to my family, friends and co-workers. I had an excellent experience with Keefe HVAC. I started out with a chat on messenger (a first for me). The price was quoted and my questions were answered accurately. I was given choices, I wasn't sold anything. There were no hidden fees or charges. I called the next morning to set up an appointment. Luckily, they had the equipment and they were able to come out the same day. On time, and job was done how they said it would be. I highly recommend and they have earned my future business.

Mike Keefe never completed the job. The day of my installation Keefe never ran a test to ensure that the air conditioning was running properly. He said he would return the next morning at 8:00am but he never showed up and never called or contacted me to tell me he was not coming. The phone number on the invoice was not a valid number. I have spent weeks trying to get in touch with him to finish the job but he failed to respond to any of my communications. Then today out of nowhere he sent me threatening text messages and still has not scheduled an appointment to finish the job. It has been over a month since he started the job and I still don't have working air conditioning. I would not recommend Keefe HVAC at all. They are very unprofessional and have terrible customer service.

First time using this company. I contacted him on a Friday night, got a quote for a new air conditioner and thermostat. I had 2 previous bids and his was the best. He came on Saturday and installed it. My regular hvac doesn't work weekends. This company is amazing. I will now use for yearly maintenance too. A pleasure having some one so responsive and nice.

Absolutely unsatisfied with there service for the 2nd time around. They did not want to honor our warranty. Also they installed a ac unit only worked for the summer before last , it took my wife to make a negative review for them to respond.

***2021 Review*** It’s been a couple years since I have been using Keefe.... I am sorry to say that service has declined. This past summer my a/c went out a couple days before the 4th of July. It took them over a week to come out. By the time they got to me the wife and kids left me for better air circumstances!!! Then a few months ago my flame sensor went out on my furnace. They advertise 24-hour service so I ended up calling on a Sunday morning. I received no answer, then I get a text saying that the tech was at church! During covid? Ok. I waited hours for them to come only for them to charge me 150$ to replace the sensor and it went right out 10 minutes after they left!!! I called them right back and I was told I need a new furnace! After you already took my money!!! I called another company for a second opinion and found out the sensor Keefe used for replacement was too short! Had the right one put in and havent had an issue since. Sorry, but you lost me as a customer.
