Very happy about their service of gas furnace annual inspection and cleaning! Called them on Friday two weeks ago. Although the manager said they would prioritize the emergent projects (which was understandable), she would call me if she could squeeze my project into their schedule. And she called me the next morning! Then the technician arrived in an hour and finished the work in half an hour. He also checked up our humidifier and made sure it was not leaking. We really appreciate they responded so promptly!

Hi Initially i contacted a company that does alot of advertising on radio to get help when my had furnace stopped working and when they came out i was told I needed a new furnace and air conditioner system and that my hot water tank was to old and I need a new hot water tank as well!. I was shocked that what I thought would be just a service call had now turned into a total of $25,000 price tag repair!!!!! Out of desperation I sadly agreed to get it done by that company but when I told my family of my situation and news of the 25k price they told me to immediately cancel that im getting ripped off and knows a great company that can help me! I was overwhelmed I just wanted it fixed, I wasn't very hopeful of bringing in a new company to come out and see feeling like I just want this to be over with but the persistence of my family to cancel with the 1st company and to call and give this company a try and let them come out and see if they can repair it at a better price, I did and the very next morning the repair man from COOL HEAT COOLING AND HEATING spent all day helping to fix my furnace and said I didn't need a new hot water tank or air conditioning system outside and my heat was on by that afternoon! They even found that some machine parts was under warranty and helped me to have my price lowered and instead of having a bill of 25k I only paid under 1 thousand dollars! This company i felt saved my family from such so much debt and I was thinking how was I going to pay that huge bill and take care of my kids. I am forever grateful! It can give me tears at imagining how I was being ripped off of 24k extra from the other company I was going to go with at 1st. Air conditioning wasn't working properly and called my usual HVAC company that I've been using for several years. Spent less than 5 minutes diagnosing the problem and said I needed a new controller and it would cost about $1k - suggested I replace the whole unit at this point as well since it is over 17 years old. Charged me $119 for the service call (without fixing anything) and went on their merry way. My friend suggested I contact Cool Heat Cooling & Heating to get a second opinion.

Bianca was terrific - very polite, prompt, and able to schedule me the next morning. The technician that came out spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the issue - found the source (hint - it wasn't the controller board) and fixed the issue for for the same amount of money as the "fix nothing" service call of my usual company.

Bottom line - Cool Heat has a new customer for life and I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. They are truly interested in fixing the problem and helping you maximize your existing investment in the HVAC system. Most other companies just want the easy way out (and quick buck) and sell you on a brand new system.

Great experience! I’m happy to have had Cool Heat H&C as our company to do a complete removal of our 50 yr old boiler system and add 2 new complete HVAC systems into our 100 yrs old home. Lived in our home for 5 yrs and so many quotes I had, many to where they said just stick to the boiler system because they didn’t know how to work around the main areas. Cool Heat understood our frustration and respected the construction of our main floors and were able to fit two new systems within a months time in the middle of the summer. They worked fast, super polite and easy to work with. My parents even hired them in September to install their new HVAC system because they were so impressed with the work they did for us. Beata and Rich of Cool Heat Cooling and Heating were knowledgeable and helpful from the minute we reached out to them. They came for a first visit to fix the broken a/c in my two units and assess the more significant issues. They indicated that they could try to fix the problem or replace some of the more prominent components. I decided to replace the more prominent parts because I just bought the property, and the old system was worn out. At no point did they try to upsell me. They did the service with high quality and fixed the a/c in both units. I would 100% recommend them to others as the work and communication quality was top notch.

I highly recommend Cool Heat! I needed A/c installed for 4 units and it was a tricky job because the old lines were covered up by concrete. Of course I called 3 companies because I wanted to make sure I got the best price. They came out 1st and figured everything out asap. The 2nd company actually declined the job because it was too difficult and the 3rd companies quote was so high I told the tech to stop after hearing the price on just the 1st unit. BEATA answered all my calls even super late because I'm a work aholic. They are magical! Use them! You won't be sorry.
