Unreliable! I found them on Craigslist, and we scheduled an emergency AC service call for the next day between 11 and 1 PM. The next day, when they didn’t show up, I contacted them at 2 PM, and they claimed to be 30 minutes away. I called again at 3:30 PM, because they didn’t show up, and an associate informed me that she’ll pass my information and to expect a call back…but I never heard back from them! You’d think that a small business would appreciate people’s time a little better and have the decency to communicate that they aren’t coming to call someone else! There are a bunch of 1 star reviews for people who experienced similar issues! It’s not that difficult to do better!

I am unsure where to start with giving a rave review. I found myself in an unexpected situation over New Year's Eve weekend where my furnace went out. I purchased space heaters to warm our home short term, but was not practical for any extended length. I hoped it was a minor issue, but after a number of communications and quotes from other HVAC providers, I found myself in a position that left me stuck because I needed to replace my furnace completely. I cannot tell you the number of places that I called, but what I will say is that I am so grateful that I came across Mike. He was a Godsend. He provided the unthinkable and restored a faith that many may never know. His crew was amazing and professional and though he may not want me to say this, I tear up everytime I replay my conversation and experience with him. It has been exactly one week from installation and I have never been so grateful to have what many consider a basic necessity, but I now realize is a luxury once lost. Thank you so much to you and your team!

We would like to recommend “KEEFE HVAC”.
We have returned to them twice. They are a family owned company who does not trash talk other companies. They let their work speak for themselves.

We decided on a Tankless Water Heater and again the owner (Dad) came over and was so friendly again and walked you through what options you have (not just one option). They changed our old tank to tankless and move it to an area I wanted it to go vs where the older tank was located.
Reasonably priced!!!!

We added the smart wifi link and we could not be happier! Such savings by not having unused water be heated in a tank constantly and hot water does not run out.
