I had multiple power outlets in my house stop working and couldn’t figure out the problem. One Stop Pro scheduled me right away was able to diagnose and fix all of them very quickly!

They also discovered a huge safety issue in my breaker panel (it has thin gauge aluminum feed lines instead of heavy duty copper), quoted me a solution, and are coming back tomorrow to fix it.

Overall I am impressed with their level of expertise, their pricing, and their commitment to doing things right. I will be using them again in the future, and won’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

My furnace stopped working on Saturday morning. I called OneStop and Robert was able to visit me that afternoon and perform a free diagnostic. The part needed to repair wasn't available that day, so I made an appointment for Monday morning. It was actually very fortuitous for me that this was the arrangement, as my kitchen sink backed up badly over the weekend. I called OneStop early Monday morning before their appointment for the furnace, and they were able to arrange that same day to fix my plumbing issue. They work quick and leave the place immaculate. For my plumbing issue, they had to take out all the backs of my kitchen cabinets. When they left, it was perfectly put back together and not a trace of their presence except for the successfully unclogged sink. They fixed all my problems promptly and with minimal fuss. Professional and nice. I recommend them.

Josh and his partner did an excellent job installing a bathroom faucet. They explained everything clearly and provided cost saving tips that avoided us from having to pay a much larger bill. They cleaned up after they were done and took away all old materials. Thanks.

Sewer broke one stop came out the next day located problem and quoted me on the spot, after approval they started on the day and time that worked best for me. It took a while but they worked hard to restore my plumbing and they cleaned up really well after them selves. They did a great job laying down new concrete that they had to tear up. Overall extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism they showed.

We called OneStop while we were traveling home from a winter vacation after learning from family that our furnace stopped working. OneStop was able to work with our schedule and have the furnace working by the time we got home. They did not charge us ridiculous fees for coming out during odd hours, and they ultimately waived the costs of the repair since we decided to purchase a new furnace and AC system.

OneStop has since been to our home a couple of times, and due to their professionalism, were able to tackle a lot of items from a home inspection report. As licensed plumbers and electricians, they can tackle a lot of things that we would otherwise have to call multiple contractors for. Their quotes are always reasonable, and the work quality is great.

Will definitely continue to call OneStop for my future home repair needs.

I had OneStop Pro come out to perform a maintenance service on my furnace. They found that I needed a new humidifier. They came out today and did a great job to get the new unit installed and everything working properly. They have an automated system with schedule reminders and I received my receipt electronically immediately. I appreciate their hard work and will call them again for future work.

We've used OneStop for plumbing and HVAC - you will never meet a team more committed to doing the job well and doing it promptly. Their customer service is phenomenal. There's a reason I keep using them, and it's that I wholeheartedly trust their work.

Called OneStop Pro to look at a possibly leaking tub and toilet. They came out same day to do the work. The tub was ok, but the water intake hose on the toilet was leaking, so it was replaced. $200 for the repair. Josh provided professional and prompt service.

Our power line came unattached from the bracket that was securing it to the house when it was hit by a large tree branch due to the recent storm. OneStop Pro came out and secured it back. The guys were courteous and professional. I had other bids for the job but their price, while not cheap, was either lower or on par with the competition. My interactions with them on the phone and in person were also more pleasant than with others. I would give a full 5 star review but they did show up 30 minutes after the 2 hour window they provided. Still, I would recommend and use them again if needed.

I had a very old HVAC system in my home (17 years old) and my whole house humidifier died. I received multiple quotes from companies to replace the humidifier and the whole HVAC system. I also wanted to upgrade from a standard 80% efficiency furnace to a high efficiency furnace which added complication since I needed to have PVC intake and exhaust pipes installed to enable this upgrade. Robert from OneStop Pro was the only contractor who took a look at all options to make the install happen. The other companies told me I had to tear up walls and ceilings to install the PVC pipes and that it would be a very high cost (not to mention separate dry wall repair afterward which isn't desirable in the time of COVID-19). Rob looked at that option and also asked to see the garage. He then said we could do the work in the garage which would cause no repair work and cost less. He was the only contractor to think of exploring this option. Rob was also very honest about his assessment and looked to find the best value and cost/benefit for us. I could tell he was experienced and knew what he was talking about, so I decided to go with OneStop Pro for the work.

Rob and his team worked very quickly to install the systems. They wore masks when around people in the house (which was very brief), had an air purifier with them, and were fine with the doors/windows open during the install. They made every effort to not have contact with the members of my household due to COVID concerns. They also answered questions I had during the work and took time to explain the technical details.

I feel they took the time to do the install correctly and stayed longer to ensure the system was working properly.

This company is very competent, knowledgeable, and professional. They also have a full time office manager, Matt, who answers your phone calls and questions. The appointments are confirmed immediately via email and text and when the crew is enroute to your job, you receive a text notifying you.

A final plus is that they install Trane products for the AC and furnace. While doing my research, I learned that Trane and American Standard (owned by the same the company and they share some of the same models) are two of the best brands to have.

I have been very happy with the experience and their work.
