Robert was awesome! He was right on time and is very knowledgeable. Our tub was leaking through the ceiling below and he diagnosed our issue and was able to fix it at a very reasonable price. All the guys are awesome and really know their stuff at One Stop Pro. I had to call in the evening and their night receptionist, Camille, was so nice and helpful. I will continue to use them for all my household repairs!

Will was very thorough! He did a wonderful job of fixing everything and cleaned up afterwards. If I ever need a plumber again, I will call and ask for Will.

We used OneStop company for the first time. Our sewer pump stopped working and our A/C was giving off a bad smell. The lady who answered the phone and schedule the appointment was very friendly and although she could not get someone out that day, she reassured we’d hear back from the technician on Monday morning and we did. The two technicians arrived on time and quickly were able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. The plumbing technician (Joshua) installed the new pump in 25 minutes, and left everything clean. The a/c technician (Robert)was very thorough in explaining everything and walking is through the steps of finding the issue. He was very knowledgeable and educated us on how to maintain our a/c running efficiently. Overall, we were overly impressed with the company, and their smooth process. Will be recommending them to family and friends!

Onestop Pros are awesome! I've been using them since I moved to the Wheaton/Winfield area a few years ago and they've always exceeded my expectations. My last visit with Robert was wonderful because he jumped at the chance to help repair a dry vent that was dislodged during installation of my new dryer earlier that day. This was on top of the scheduled HVAC checks and looking at a minor plumbing issue. These handymen always give great advice to help save money and do simple DIY things. Thank you :)

I have used One Stop Pro for many jobs now and there is a reason they are the first company I call. They did an HVAC and small remodel project for me that looks fantastic. They replaced our old AC and just installed a tankless water heater. They always do a wonderful job of communicating with me. I feel I can trust their quotes and they do their best to give me good deals.

I hired them because they said they would be able to come out the same day, but they called at 3:30pm to say the plumber's truck broke down and they would be out the next morning. The next morning Robert came out, gave us a quote and then just left without even telling us. When called all he said was that he would be back. Two hours later I declined the invoice because it not only seemed like he was not coming back but I was extremely upset with the way things were being handled and communicated. After the invoice was declined Robert called and began yelling and cursing at my husband. I was shocked at how unprofessional he was and would definitely not feel comfortable having someone like that in my house. This company wasted two days of my time and then were verbally abusive. I would give them zero stars if it was possible. Their quote was also $650 more than all other plumbers, so they are also untrustworthy.

We had one of the water heaters leaking. Dan replaced the leaky water heater for us. He got the job done right and quickly - great workmanship and quality parts. He helped us adding two valves so next time we can get one heater working independently if the other gets any problem. The company scheduled appointment quickly, and they are very responsive. They are on our call back list if we need plumbing help in future.

We contacted this company as we had issues with both our pipes as well as our air conditioner. Though a different person came to our home for each issue, they were scheduled within the same time window which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to wait around on multiple dates/times! Both people were great - gave an honest assessment and made no attempts to upsell. We are first time homeowners and pretty clueless - both people took the time to explain/demonstrate how to remedy future problems ourselves. Shout out to Robert - he was SO helpful in explaining how to maintain our air conditioner. Will definitely give them a call for any future problems we run into!

OneStop Pro has been a great resource for us as new homeowners over the past year. Robert recently came to fix our furnace which had stopped working - never a great thing to happen in the winter months! Robert came out the same day we called, identified the issue in a short time, and came back later that day with the part needed to fix our furnace. I hope we'll just be working with the team for routine maintenance going forward, but I'm confident they are here to help with any larger issues as needed!
