Robert came out to my house within minutes of my calling and diagnosed the issue and fixed it right there. He also explained everything to me in how to address certain issues going forward. I will use them for all my HVAC needs going forward. By far the best service ever thank you again Robert.

I had two great experiences with OneStop. I called them up based on the positive reviews I saw here, and they did not disappoint. We were looking to replace two water heaters with one unit. Robert came on a Friday night and spent a lot of time walking around the basement to think through the best possible options for us. He truly took his time and explained the pros and cons of each option, which was all the more appreciative considering it was a Friday night. The job was completed by Robert, Sam, and others whom I cannot recall their names. However, it was completely timely and at an extremely fair price.

I also had OneStop replace an electrical box to fit the needs of the home, as well as figure out some really complicated and old wiring configurations to have light switches work for the lights we wanted.

All in all, everyone we met was nice, helpful, explained the issues, and gave fair prices. I plan on calling them first the next time I have a plumbing or electrical issue.

I have had a slow moving kitchen drain for awhile-no success with drain cleaners. Then yesterday a leak developed; couldn’t tell where it was coming from but water was collecting on the floor. One Stop plumbing arranged an appointment right away. When Joshua came he showed us where the leak was and told us how to repair it ourselves. Also recommended buying a cleaning tool for the drain. Told us that if we were comfortable doing these things we could do it ourselves at less cost. Then after he gave us his time & advice, told us that there would be no charge for the visit! Thank you for the advice and excellent service

CO detectors in the house went off. Freaked me out, but Will was able to quickly come out and fix the issue. He explained everything to me and totally set my mind at ease. Totally professional, friendly, and he did a great job. Thank you!!!

We had a very good experience with OneStop Pro. We needed to replace our HVAC system and got three bids. OneStop Pro was thousands of dollars less than the next bidder. However, there was no sacrifice of quality at all. Rob is a real professional. He and his helper did all the work that we contracted for in the time that was promised. As he worked, he gave a number of helpful tips. We really like the new system.
OneStop Pro is highly recommended.

Josh our technician was very professional and easy to work with. He replaced our old garbage disposal with a conventional pipe and drain. He followed the job to completion. He also cleaned up everything very neatly and nicely. We would recommend him to anyone.

The sump pump attached to my washer and dryer failed this morning and got water all over the floor. I called One Stop Pro as I have used them several times before for various repairs and have always been pleased with their services. They were extremely responsive, coming out the same day to install the new sump pump. I was given a window for arrival, and they were there within the specified time. They also communicated with me throughout the day narrowing down the arrival time. The service guys were professional, fast, and they left the area clean. I highly recommend this company.

Could not be happier with my experience with OneStop Pro. I came home from work to a 58 degree house and called OneStop after they were recommended by a family member. Robert McDonald was my technician and he took his time to thoroughly diagnose and repair the problem, noting mistakes made by another company that had cleaned and inspected my furnace just two weeks prior. He explained all options in detail, went to pickup additional parts, and returned quickly to finish the job. I appreciated his honesty and all of the advice he provided for the future. Will definitely be using OneStop going forward!

Had a leaking toilet and called for repair. Crew came out same day and explained problem clearly and was able to replace what was needed. Professional, left the area clean, and answered all of our questions fully.

I've had One Stop Pros come out twice before, so I called them immediately when the basement flooded. They came out that day and diagnosed the issue (sub pump), and Josh and Jose returned the next day with the new pump. I love that they handle so many issues and can fix just about anything! Will call them again for sure.
