Robert was great! On the day of service, I was timely notified he was on the way to the service location, as well as when the job was completed. While onsite - he ensured I was kept in the loop, what appeared to be the problem and what was not the problem. Recommendations were made and options provided that best suited the the service needed, and that was most cost-effective. Robert also took the time to make excellent recommendations for future upkeep. Extremely happy with the professionalism, courtesy and service received from OneStop. They will definitely be who I call in the future when needed!

Best service and experience ever! Called OneStop Pro for a furnace issue, which was messed up by a technician from a different shop. Received the excellent service from Robert within a couple of hours from the call. Robert was honest and fair, skilled and professional. He found the issue and fixed it in just a few minutes. Very impressed by the efficiency.

We hired OneStop Pro for a plumbing job and were pleased with the services that we received. Robert came on site to complete a free in home estimate and Joshua repaired a leaking pipe for us. Both gentleman were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I also had correspondence with Dan and Matt via Yelp messaging and phone calls. The entire team is extremely attentive and responsive. They were able to come out the same day when I called for an estimate as well as the repair.

It may be worth reading this whole review:
My estimate began with a comedy of errors—to begin, not prepared with tape measure and immense disrespect to their own staff on site while barking orders, leaving me uncomfortable.
-We get inside… begins showing something me by tracing a box on my painted wall with his screw driver?!
-Quote was more than 200% the cost of two other electricians I obtained a bid from.
-*it gets worse… took my panel apart and was tapping everything in the panel with his screw driver (I have two electric cars and solar panels feeding through that panel—over 250k in assets) and came to find out he tripped breaker which caused the need for tesla to arrive onsite and troubleshoot. (Remember this was all for a bid… quite scary how they’d perform an actual job)

**Here is the worst of it… I called and asked for owner/manager to call me. I get a call from, turns out to be the guy who was onsite but didn’t share that it was him and was talking in third person the entire time. He allows me to finish and then proceeds to call me derogatory names and notes to me that he doesn’t have a quoting system for unreasonable people like me, that’s why my price was so high… hmmmm???

Personally, not the organization I desire performing working at my homes. He runs a business and had zero ability to control his temper and manage the situation with any level of maturity or professionalism.

I have an attorney preparing a letter for their insurance company in order to provide color on what has taken place.

We had an old fuse panel fail in our house so I called a couple electricians. Onestop Pro had good ratings, and was easiest to work things out with on the phone. They came out and rigged the A/C to work for a day, then came out the next day to replace the panel. Work was done well, and pretty quickly. Very personable guys, and no games. I didn't get any price comparisons, but the cost was about what I expected (maybe a bit higher). Overall really easy to work with, and good people.

This company is awesome! I needed someone to come out to our house to unplug our toilet in a timely manner, as we have three people in the house and only one toilet. I comparison shopped a few different plumbers, including the company that service my air conditioner and furnace yearly. OneStop Pro Plumbing gave us the best price by far and they were out to our house in 2 hours. Will and another plumber (can't remember his name) were both clean cut and polite. They explained what they needed to do and had our toilet working almost immediately. I will definitely go with this company in the future and would recommend them to anyone that asked!

I was having a problem with my furnace and called on Saturday. Bob talk to me on the phone about the problem. He wanted to try to diagnose it on the phone so I wouldn’t have to give me a Saturday or Sunday service charge. I really appreciated that. I thought I had it fixed but woke up Monday morning and it was not fixed. I called One Stop and they came out two hours later. They looked at everything and went through everything with me very thoroughly. They told me what they were doing and gave me additional information. This is the third time I have used their services and I am more impressed each time. One Stop is the only service I will ever use for all my HVAC needs. My friends are very well aware how wonderful they all are. Highly recommend to all.

I had a great first time experience with OneStop thanks to sales technician Rob McDonald. He was honest in assessing my AC issues and talked me through options without being pushy. He was professional throughout. The crew that came to install my new system had a few newer folks that could have done a few things better. Rob responded to my concerns earnestly and made sure everything was resolved. I'll come back to OneStop again.
