I needed to upgrade my service for solar. They gave me a fair price and the work was professionally done. There was an issue with my backup generator that they had to come back to fix and where at my house first thing in the morning

Our hot water heating system boiler pilot light wasn’t turning on. I called OneStop Pro in the morning, and 4 hours later, Mike Mark showed up! Communication was very good, I got texts notifying me when he was scheduled, and when he was on his way. He diagnosed the problem (a loose electrical connection) and fixed it quickly. We’ve had OneStop Pro out here before, and I’ve always been very pleased with their honesty, communication and expertise. My sense of relief and confidence in a job well done is worth every penny I paid.

One Stop Pro dispatched Will to our home to address an issue with our toilet (gurgling/overflowing). Unfortunately, after trying to clear our sewer line,
he discovered that the line had collapsed in a spot outside the foundation. The job eventually turned into a full sewer line replacement, which took 6 days to complete. Will was professional, knowledgeable, and hardworking. He had his crew here each day on time and ready to go. Will's commitment to getting our service restored led to some late hours in chilly temps, which was much appreciated. He also worked with village staff regarding pipe locating, tree removal, etc. The cleanup after the job was was excellent as well. OSP is lucky to have Will and his crew as employees.

Very pleased with the prompt service after my phone call. Problem was identified right away and fixed . Appreciated the friendly repairman and will definitely use OneStop Pro again.

We have used OneStop Pro twice, and Will actually serviced our house both times. He did a fantastic job! He hooked up and installed a gas line from our house to our grill outside which was great with BBQ'ing this summer, and he found out why our toilet was leaking and replaced the wax ring along with cleaning out what leaked. Was very professional, on-time, and helpful!
