AC went out and Chris was there in a jiffy. He diagnosed the problem and put in a quick fix. He helped diagnose a 2nd problem which I can fix and was through the whole job quickly. He was very friendly & knowledgeable and the office staff was easy to deal with as well

Excellent service, very professional. The person who came fixed our old heating and stayed a while to make sure the fix would hold after the heating got hot. I recommend and will hire them again.

we had Todd Install a new furnace at our house seamed to work fine for a few years and then started to go out all the time. had Todd come check it out and told us some parts were bad and he would order them and swap them out...... yeah that never happened. after that we would call his office and the lady there wouldn't answer the phone from our house number but oddly enough if you call from a different number you would get someone to answer the phone. Finally had someone from this company come out and check it out for the last time and OMG you should have seen the rust and water that's been poring in to this furnace all this time no wonder it doesn't work, not to mention that the exhaust vent that led outside that Todd installed had water dumping in to it. after that we got a phone call saying that someone tried to ''steal his tech's flashlight'' and they would no longer come to service our Furnace.
I Reached out to Todd personally and asked how we could both work together on how to resolve this issue. And to no surprise I never heard a word back. if I could leave negative stars I would a 1 rating is to good for this place.

"Replacement was procurred and installed within 3 days of the determination of failure of original furnace. Techs arrived as scheduled and were very professional on both testing and then installation of new unit."

Absolutely wonderful experience! Jonathan was kind, and professional. We will absolutely be using Cool Air for any AC/Furnace issues in the future. Thank you so much!

Came out last minute when I was desperate but didn't gouge me for it. Arrived on time, replaced what was needed- didn't suggest replacing the whole unit like others did AND cleaned up after himself. Still have his number handy in case there's a next time!

Staff and technicians were amazing!!! Did a wonderful job of explaining everything, showed up in timely manner. Would recommend Cool Operator to EVERYONE!
