Was forced to use this company (using that term loosely) by home warranty. Each visit is a $100 fee...which is supposed to cover the repair as well. One visit was ok. Repair made. It was later found we needed a brand new AC unit AND a blower motor in furnace. The AC units were in short supply (not their fault) however every time we called for update they were rude and NEVER did the blower motor repair. I started receiving calls from hw saying I had to take a buy out. When I called to ask why it was because Cool Operator decided they just didn't want to work with us. Sooo, paid the fee, no repair on blower motor, no new AC and they kindly kept the $100. Simple contract law would show that they breached it and kept the money. BEWARE...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
