    Kathy and Todd were awesome - helping us walk through a warranty claim. They were knowledgeable and brought some insight to the process that allowed us to make an appropriate decision. They turned it around as fast as the warranty company would let them, arrived on time and installed professionally & quickly. Highly recommend them!

    Cool Operator has worked on my furnace and AC many times over the years, through Home Warranty of America. Todd is always prompt and professional. I really like their text system for communicating, I was alerted of the approximate arrival time of the technician when he was on the way during the time window. Todd always assesses the situation thoroughly. He provides a clear explanation of the problem and how it was, or will be resolved. He is also happy to answer any questions, he is patient, and makes sure everything is to the customer's satisfaction. I would highly recommmend Cool Operator.

    Todd, Kathy, Jonathan and team are wonderful. I was having furnace issues and contacted my home warranty. They referred me to Cool Operator. They were very responsive and came out right away. This was important being that I have a newborn at home and my heat was not working in the start of winter. Sadly, my issue with my furnace was not covered under my warranty, but Jonathan was able to temporarily fix the issue. Todd was quickly able to give me 3 different options and thoroughly explained these options. We opted to go with a new furnace. I do have to say the level of customer service is exceptional. Todd was emailing me back instantly both on Friday night and Saturday night and I was truly grateful. I have never experienced that level of concern and customer service from any company. Our new furnace is working perfect and would definitely recommend Cool Operator.

    My AC went out 4th of July weekend and I needed a new AC unit. Cool Operator we great! Unfortunately for me, my Furnace went out and I had to call them back. Chris knew exactly what was wrong with it in minutes. He was on time, respectful and clearly very knowledgeable!

    Cool Operator never fails to deliver. We've used their services a handful of times now, and each time their technician was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable, so I don't foresee us ever switching companies in the event we need future repairs or maintenance.

    Cool operators very very helpful through the whole experience. The home warranty company was having issues and cool operators were active in trying to get my claim through and furnace installed. They cared about my situation and went above and beyond what you can expect from a lot of companies these days. I highly recommend them to anyone.

    Home Warranty of America allocated this company. I paid $100 calk out fee, They could not fix the issue, could not be contacted easily, and did not want to complete the service. They will claim they can’t get parts. Buyer beware - ask your warranty company for a different contractor. They are not accredited. I was without heat for two weeks and they had no intention of resolving my issue. I called another company eventually and they got the parts and fixed my issue in 4 days. Do not recommend.

    Just bought my Town House a year ago...so....hadn't had a chance to use my furnace yet....Well it failed the day before Thanksgiving....Saw that the previous owner had a sticker of COOL OPERATOR (unusual name made me chuckle) on the unit so I instead of using who I normally do....I decided to look them to online to read reviews. Liked the reviews so I said what the heck and called. They were at my door when they said they would be....in 60 seconds Chris showed me where the problem was and what he could do about it since he had the part in the truck.....half hour later....BOOM....DONE ...along with additional service I wanted done ...He gave me an instructive tutoring about what what was fixed and the WHY it had to be fixed so I could understand the function the part replaced served.....I LOVED IT!....the service was reasonably priced compared to what I was used to taboot.....Needless to say I took a stack of his cards for friends and family........Bob in Cary
