Justin got the AC working at a fair price and reasonable time. Professional and recommend stuff we could do to save $ in the long run. Definitely worth the call. Happy I called them instead of trying to figure it out myself.

Just In Time carpentry staff did some minor home repairs for us today with good results. They arrived on schedule, finished the job in a timely manner, cleaned up well and were accommodating throughout.

These guys were my go to for HVAC work since moving out here 4 years ago. Had them out 3 times for various work and tune ups. The tech’s were great and very professional. I was even a club member for a while. This time however, I couldn’t get straight or timely answers when I called about raising my A/C unit. It took almost a week to get a quote and when I said to schedule it, they didn’t get back to me for several days and even then I would have to wait two more weeks. So I called another company and with in minutes I had it set for the next day and for nearly half the price.

Anthony and Austin (not sure if I got his name right) were beyond thorough and not only repaired several issues, but explained to us each issue and how they would resolve it. Professional and friendly. Will use again in the future and recommend to anyone in need.

In the middle of an Illinois heat wave, I came home with 2 babies to a house that was 80 degrees and an air conditioner that was not working. I called at 7am, they were at my house by noon! Stephen’s customer service was impeccable! He defrosted the coil with the anticipation of coming back the next day to reassess. By 4pm they called to say he could come back and check that night. He came, found the problem and was able to repair the unit and get me cold air by 7pm. In 12 hours I went from absolutely devastated to completely happy, all thanks to Just In Time and Stephen! And the perks of the membership saved us over $200! Highly recommend!

Normal clean and check furnace. It was recommended that in near future I have my blower cleaned he did not have time to do it today. He checked thermostat and heat coming out of resisters everything was ok. He was on time wore his plastic booties and cleaned up any mess he made.very happy with his service.

Both of the technicians, Anthony and Donovan, we’re excellent. We had some plumbing work quotes, as well as routine maintenance on our HVAC system for our house. Other companies were difficult to get responses and reliable information. Just In Time made it easy as could be. Their tiered estimates allowed my wife and I to make decisions that we were comfortable with. I would absolutely recommend using their platinum annual subscription package, especially if you in the middle of fixing up a house, like we are.

Everything was great. They showed up on time, the work was done very professionally and they left everything very clean. The service was amazing, the unit that was sold and installed met my expectations. All of my service calls and any future installs will be done by Just in Time.
