Steven is by far the best person and honest person u can have come fix you’re water heater, furnace… very good quality service and really experienced. He runs his own business and his on top of it. Very very very good price as well. Give him a call and u won’t regret

Steven came out. Looked everything over.
Didn’t find any glaring issues.
He then cleaned my AC evaporator coils,
( no easy task mind you).
But once he finished up with everything.
The AC is now working Great.
Steven was very friendly and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
I look forward to having them out again.
Would recommend 10 out of 10 times!!

Steven is an incredible professional. He came out to repair one thing, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He ordered the part and returned later and fixed the AC unit. Once he had finished that, he noticed that there was another completely unrelated issue with our water heater. He wanted to make sure it was fixed right away, ran out to the needed parts, returned and fixed it. He is knowledgeable, fast and professional. I would recommend him a thousand times over. Will only use Homecare Heating and Cooling for our future needs.

My furnace stopped blowing hot air and would constantly kick on and off every few minutes at 9pm last night. The temperature in my house was steadily dropping since it was -10 degrees outside. My furnace is only three months old and shouldn’t have those kinds of issues. I called Steven and he stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes while we diagnosed the problem and got my furnace up and running. He was prompt, extremely kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him and his company for any of your heating or cooling issues. He was phenomenal.

Last weekend I went down into my basement and discovered my supply vent for the whole home was detached from the ceiling (floor joists) and was about to come crashing down any minute. I propped it up with a ladder and phoned Steven at Homecare Heating and Cooling. I explained to him what was happening and he took the time to come out the same day.
He was able to reattach everything to the ceiling and even took the time to reattach a vent which feeds off of the main supply, and did very clean work.
Steven is a professional and knows what he is doing when it comes to his field. He is honest and fairly priced. I will definitely contact him for future HVAC services in my home and I highly recommend his business.

Steven came to inspect our wall Heat/AC unit, aka hotel style. No hope of repair so Steven did research to find the perfect replacement! Very respectful of our home by laying down materials as not to damage the flooring. Very reasonable pricing. Very thorough in answering questions. Very easy to work with!!

Steve is a knowledgeable professional and personable. He went beyond the average maintenance work to explore and understand how my system was working and how to improve it. I recently moved into a towns house That needed upgrades.
He improved the venting system and also the vent run for the dryer. Both are working far more efficiently.
I feel fortunate to have found Steve through the BBB service. I highly recommend his service and will be seek his work for all future HVAC work.

I contacted Steve in desperation when my inside temp was 85 degrees one night. He had a busy calendar for the next morning, but he worked with me to find a time that was perfect for my work schedule and my family the very next morning. He was an excellent communicator, professional at arrival, timely, and extremely polite. Highly recommend his services! Now I have cool air again for my children, thanks so much!

Our furnace would not stay on the other night. After calling around to multiple companies no one would come out. We finally called Homecare and Steven came out at 1 am and fixed it for us no problem. He was very professional and even reached out the next day to make sure everything was still running properly.

Our AC stopped working. We called and Steven was out to our house within an hour. He was incredibly thorough with examining our unit and explained what the issue was. He was able to fix the issue and it was very affordable!
