I recently purchased a new AC system. From the ladies in the office to the technicians that installed my system, I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. I highly recommend you call Kendall Plumbing if you have any air conditioning, heating or plumbing needs.

This place is really unbelievable I call for a toilet replacement the response was almost immediate. I asked if I could get a technician out to replace a toilet they said yes it'll be a few days I said that's fine I have one and a half bathrooms I said it's not a big rush so they asked me what kind of toilet I wanted I told them and they will let me know through a text message from the technician when they're on the way so a few minutes later they said they got the toilet and instead of being a few days turned out to be a couple of days which I loved it because not too many places will give you service like that technicians came real friendly professional they knew exactly what they were doing they came across a small issue with the screws in the flange they corrected that problem they would not leave here until it was corrected they want to make sure everything would been safe yes it cost a little extra was not as much as what you would think but it was a little extra and I told them fine I expected that this is the kind of service that everyone should get this company here rocks I mean Rocks and I highly recommend Kendall Plumbing heating and cooling I highly recommend them excellent service excellent quality excellent technician service and excellent technicians

Called Kendall Plumbing for a service quote to replace an ejector pump..received quote immediately over the phone. Very attentive & responsive. Called at 8a open time, service tech at my residence by 8:19a. Job professionally completed in no time. Tech answered all my questions & cleaned up after the job was done. I had a Leak in my kitchen and Steven was sent to invesitgate. he ran multiple tests to ensure there were no additional issues other than the problem discovered. provided great advice on next course of action, and made sound reccomendations on how to ensure issues like the one I had would not happen again. Troy, Greg, Ray, & Steve went above and beyond to remove our ancient furnace/ac and install a new one. They ran into some snags. It was not an easy job, but they kept us informed and did great work. Highly recommended.

My toilet was leaking through one of the bolts. Turns out it was just loose. Jonathan tighten it but said it was pretty corroded. So best option was getting a new toilet. He spent time with me going over different types and wants that I needed. Like a taller toilet, his boss checked with suppliers and found one in biscuit. Jonathan was very helpful scheduling his visits to first thing in morning since I’m on 2 water pills. He was able to alleviate any problems with wanting to get job done early Friday morning before I take my pills. He’s great.

Our water heater recently went out & Curt from Kendall Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning came out the next morning - we were relieved that he was able to replace our Rheem water heater with a new Bradford White water heater in a timely manner. He was very professional & knowledgeable & we were so delighted to have hot water in 30 minutes.

The service technician could not provide a resolution to the problem and still charged the service fee. I have called a few times since then to ask for a follow up and each time the secretary said the owner would call me back but I have not received a call and that was a month ago.

Dave came out and repaired our rattling pipes. Very professional and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Very efficient and fair with price for repair. I would definitely recommend Kendall plumbing heat and A/C

Very poor customer service. I called to get a quote on moving a filtration system. Lady was rude, and tried to deny the job before even letting me explain everything. Then told me that someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. Been a full work week, and still no return call.
