Their employees are so personable, with great work ethic. It's not easy to trust people in this day & age.. but they're a tremendous God-send to me! I never have to worry about who comes to my home! Today, I met Dylan - who is such a delightful, knowledgeable young man! Their office gals are equally as wonderful!! Expect nothing less than quality, affordable service with integrity! The way they treat you is PRICELESS!

Our AC quit on us yesterday, and i called all over to find a technician to come and repair it, including Just In Time, they were entirely honest and said that they were unable to send a tech at that time. After calling around for the remainder of the evening with no luck, I called Just In Time again at 9 PM, to my surprise, Diane answered the phone, and was extremely kind and helpful, we set an appointment for the following morning. The following morning Diane called and informed me that TJ was on his way. When TJ arrived he was polite, respectful and quickly went to work, he informed me of the issue, repaired it and did multiple checks to ensure everything was fixed. They will absolutely get my business if and when i need them again. Thanks Just In Time!

For an emergency they were number one! I called a couple different places and either no one answered, or they weren’t equipped for the service I needed and it was an emergency! They were very knowledgeable and had such great customer communication skills. Would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Donovan and Matt from Just In Time HVAC company. They came to my house to look at my water heater. Within a minute they diagnosed my problem, then they explained different options that would fit my needs and my budget. They made it very easy, and after they explained the ease of it, I went for a tankless water heater. They set up an appointment, relit my pilot light, and even noticed that I was having trouble with my furnace exhaust pipe, as it was nearly had no rise to it, which he explained could cause carbon monoxide issues. He brought new pipe when he came to do the main job, which I might add they fixed as part of the overall job for free! Donovan was always looking to make sure his new work and my existing work would be safe and efficient. He noticed my intake gas pipe was only hand tight, he fixed that. He was always working, spotting, and figuring out what was the best for each spot, while Matt used his youth and strength to effortlessly lift everything up and down from the truck to my basement and back. Overall an amazing job, with a price point over a thousand dollars less than other quotes. If you have a heating or air issue, I would highly recommend you call JustInTime first and have them out. Well worth the time, well worth your money.

Jeremy and Nate came out to replace our tankless hot water heater. They were professional, quick and very clean. Any time that we needed service before this replacement, the girls in the office always made sure someone came out the same day. Came back from vacation and found our tankless water heater not working properly- showing an error code. Called and they had someone out as soon as they could. Donovan and his apprentice (Jimmy) came and of course the unit was working properly. Donovan took the time to explain what he could visually see on the burners and explained other issues he found during his inspection. Donovan was very thorough in his inspection and luckily before they left the unit started to act up. We had the new one installed two days later and the professionalism they both exhibited throughout was great. The installation seemed to go well and when done you could tell the great attention to detail was given- all pipe and fittings were very clean and neat. Instead of rushing through to get to the next job, they both took the time to make it right the first time. We love supporting local/ family owned businesses and we will always give Just In Time our business.

The service quality was very good. Service technician found the problem within 15 minutes from staring the job. Once found within the next 30 minutes he cleaned and repaired the problem.
My only complaint was that he arrived past the appointment window. I don't really blame him because if his previous appointments had bigger problems he could not control that plus traffic. I actually called in my problem that morning so it was repaired within the same day of the call.
He explained everything clearly and he was personable. He did a great job.

TJ was out to do some maintenance on my AC today - everyone I have encountered with Just In Time great - over the years I have come to trust them to make recommendations based on what I need without padding the bill. They do great work and my issues are always resolved with 1 visit. I have used them for heating/AC and plumbing issues and will continue to do so. I'm not sure where their prices fall in comparison to others - their quotes seem fair and I will continue to support a local small business for as long as they continue to meet or exceed my expectations of high quality for a fair price.

A very professional and excellent experience from beginning to end. Even in this time of Covid. Wore masks which I was impressed with. Did their work diligently and professionally. Absolutely knew what they were doing. Love my new doors and shutters. Would highly recommend using Just In Time again.

Called Just In Time to come fix a shower issue in our bathroom. Jeremy & Nate were so friendly & professional. They assessed & addressed the issue quickly & had it fixed in no time at all. Made sure everything was working to our satisfaction before departing. While they were here, I mentioned the vanity faucet was non-functional and told them I was going to call to set appointment and would request them personally. Today they arrived on time and showed the same professionalism and attention to detail.
