Office staff are all pleasant and always call with eta. Timely in making appointments. Our serviceman is very nice, knowledgeable, explains well, always leave the area clean.

My old furnace decided it was time to stop working. Just in time came out the same day and within 48 hours I had a new one installed and running. Great service and professional installation!

Our old ceiling fan died and needed to be replaced. Jordan was on time when he came to install our new fan and was a very personable and professional gentleman to deal with.
The two people I spoke with on the phone to schedule this work (Erin and Chris) were also very professional. Great company!!

Jordan and Chris did an excellent job of taking down a staircase before a basement waterproofing and then putting it back together again after the waterproofing was done. We were on a tight time schedule and they fit us in. Nice guys! A professional job...even to the high quality paint job that they did...matching paint color! Would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a good carpenter!

Jeremy did fantastic job. Would definitely call Just In Time & hire him again. First of all, he showed up a bit earlier than promised.
He was very personable and took the time answer all our questions. He updated us as the repairs were made. Then when a couple of minor things didn't go quite as planned, he took time again to explain it to us & offer us options, rather than surprise us at the end with an additional repair.
When finished, he cleaned up well after himself & told us about the Warrenty on their work.
I highly recommend Just In Time. We are very satisfied customers.

Diane was great in getting Tim out to us in a timely manner when our furnace decided to die on one of the coldest nights of the season! Tim was very informative on the problem and recommended a long time solution as well as setting us up until we can get that done! Erin was fantastic in answering my questions when I needed them quickly! Great staff and great service. We have signed up for the platinum membership program and will use Just In Time for most of our house repairs!!!

We had an appointment scheduled to repair a leak in our water line to the humidifier. They called 20 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. Nate and Jeremy were the techs that came in. Introduced themselves, looked at the issue, came up with a plan, told me what they were going to do, gave me the cost and went to work. Very informative, told me step by step what they are doing, some suggestions for the future, checked to ensure no other issues. cleaned up and DONE! Perfect! No issues No worries. I had Donovan and Joe out to repair a leak from my bathtub they were very knowledgeable and professional. When done they did multiple tests to check for leaks. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.
