Today Jacobs HVAC Services came to do a routine tune up on our furnace and air handlers before the winter season. Josh was the tech and he was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He also took the time to explain what he had done and did not leave until the job was finished.

I received a quick response from Josh the service guy. He called to let us know he was on his way and was honest personable craftsman and knowledgeable at the same time. He repaired the unit faster and made a follow up call the next day to make sure my unit was operating correctly. You just don't get that quality of service anymore. Highly recommended!!.

Josh is a fantastic Service technician. His knowledge of the HVAC system saved us from a very hot uncomfortable weekend. He was very professional and courteous and took the time to explain the details about what needed to be repaired or replaced to keep our unit running properly. We were very impressed by this company's professionalism and personal service. Our whole HVAC system needed replaced and all of our options were explained clearly. We now have a new, very efficient, powerful, and quiet system. Tech especially, as well as being really nice, impressed me with his perfectionist attitude.

Our air went out and I called our home warranty. The assigned company did not call and when I called them it would be two days. I called Jacobs HVAC Services and they came out the same day! Great service! This is not the first time Jacobs HVAC Services had saved the day when our home warranty assigned company did not come thru!

The technician who was sent to service my furnace was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, polite and prompt. He took his time to examine my system thoroughly and he was able to diagnose all the errors in it. He was able to fix everything and left the system in order.Would definitely recommend them.

Thank you Jacobs HVAC Services for coming out to perform the semi annual maintenance on the AC and evaporative cooling units at our warehouse. I like that you give me a written report saying what was done, as well as what to watch for in the future. I highly recommend.

Josh was very informative and gave me different options on ways to approach the situation with out any pressure at all on which one to go with. He was quick and efficient. I called around 8.30am and they were at the house by 9.00am and done by 11.00am. The house was back to its regular temperature with in 30min.
