The service with Jerry was excellent. Very quick, friendly, and now my A/C is working great on a hot day. Will definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs.

AC wasn't working, no motor moving at all, so called Jerry at 5:15, he came, evaluated the problem and fixed it by 5:50! $200 is a very reasonable Friday night emergency call price especially when he did it in less than half an hour. Very friendly and professional as well.

Problem was found very quick but
I was charged 170$ for a capacitor that is sold everywhere for 18$. When i called the company i was told that it costs like that because is coming with 1 year warranty :).
I understand charging a high price for labor, but robbing costumers like this is not professional.

Jerry is a one-man operation, not some large corporation trying to sell you their product who’ll send a different employee out each time. He showed up in less than an hour after my initial call to him & texted that he was on the way; he did NOT give me a 3 hour time window two days from now. He figured out what the main issue was with our 30 year a/c unit & had the part on hand; we didn’t have to wait for the part to be ordered then wait 3 more days for another employee to come out & install it. We paid him once for the visit & the part & installation = $125 less than the big corp quote we received yesterday. He gave us a quote on full a/c unit replacement (which we know is coming as we’ve been way too lucky getting 30 yrs out of our current one) that is $800 less than the big corporation’s quote AND the product is manufactured in the USA. One call got us our cold air back in the heat/ humidity of summer in the Midwest. One call didn’t break the bank. One call got us trustworthy service. Do yourself a favor, make just one call to Jerry.

Furnace went out, based on reviews, called Jerry. He called us back within minutes and came out same day. Fixed it quick, fair price and friendly. Would call again and highly recommend. Thanks Jerry!
