Jerry came out within an hour of our call. He was great to work with. He identified a few different issues we were dealing with and he detailed how to remedy all of them. He is very knowledgeable, and professional, but just as importantly, he's personable and has a great rapport with his customers. I would be happy to recommend Jerry to anyone looking for a great HVAC professional.

Jerry was awesome!! My AC went out and I asked for recommendations. Jerry was highly recommended and I can see why. He quickly responded, was at my house, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and was gone all in 20 minutes!! My AC went out a couple days ago with the temperature at 90+ degrees outside (87° inside my house). We called Jerry’s Heating and Cooling and I am beyond happy and satisfied with the service. It was so nice to find someone who not only was knowledgeable with a fast response time but was honest, friendly and didn’t break the bank with the cost. I can’t thank him enough for coming out and fixing my problem. Such great customer service and professionalism, I definitely will call them again and will highly recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation. If I could give Jerry 6 Stars I would!! I don’t know what else to say after reading all the other reviews. They’re All True! My AC went out & I didn’t know who to call or Trust. I gave Jerry a call & he was here pronto. He rang the bell, introduced himself. He said he was going to get his tools & take a look at the unit. Well within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was fixed. His prices are very reasonable. Very courteous & professional. I WISH he could fix household appliances. :)) GIVE HIM A CALL, you WON’T be sorry!!!

I was having issues with my central air unit making a loud noise and not getting cold so I contacted Jerry’s Heating to come take a look. Jerry was very prompt to respond and came to service within the hour. The issue wasn’t as bad as my husband and I thought it would be. Jerry was able to quickly resolve at a responsible cost. Now the kids complain about how cold the house is instead of how hot it is. Jerry was very professional, friendly, and an honest business man. I would definitely recommend him for service and use him again in the future.

It is with great pleasure for me to leave a review. I normally don’t do this. The experience and professionalism my wife and I received was something we have not experienced in a long time. We’ve had servicemen come in after calling, making an appointment and it’s 2 days later they show, they come in do the work and leave eagerly.
Jerry came to our home within that hour to repair our furnace. He was friendly, and very informative to what he was doing, and explained the cause of the problem. He didn’t have to order the parts he had everything he needed to resolve the problem on his truck. We will refer Jerry to friends and family for HVAC concerns. I own a small business, and always like to deal with the same. I had my A/C unit go out on a Sunday. I installed the unit over 16 years ago and it was time to replace it. I called several local HVAC guys to ask for a round about estimate. Jerry was the only one to call back promptly. I told him what I was looking to get replaced and what would be the cost. He gave me a ballpark estimate, but would need to look at it to make sure. He came by and was very professional and courteous to my wife. Then he called me back and told me he could get it installed next day. You never realize how things work out. Don't get me wrong I could have installed my own a/c system, but then my customers don't get their jobs done. The system was installed as he promised and now the wife is nice and cool. Jerry is a class act! Fair pricing and prompt service. BTW thanks for helping Adam out moving the sink.

What can I say... Jerry is the best! With us calling late on a Saturday I didn't expect him to get to us til Monday but he was out to our house within an hour. He was quick to find out what our issue was and was able to resolve it rather quickly. Jerry also provided some extra advice for the future. Will definitely be using Jerry again.

Jerry offers great service and speedy repair. He came within 30 minutes and had my air condition running again. He was very straight forward and reasonable. I really appreciate his quick reply and professional response.
