Jerry is an amazing guy! He genuinely cares about his work, our furnace went out shortly before Xmas so we called him and he was at our house in 15 minutes, he had our furnace up and running 30 minutes later, I will difinatly recommend him to my friends and neighbors

Contacted Jerry late Wednesday afternoon in regards to an April Aire humidifier to be installed on our furnace. He provided a quick estimate and was at our home first thing Thursday morning to install the humidifier. The installation was crew was friendly and left the work area clean. I would recommend Jerry to anyone for your HVAC needs.

I called Jerry because my AC wasn't running very cold, and he was here in about 15 minutes. He explained everything well and gave me a few different options with more than fair pricing. I would definitely recommend him, and will call him again.

Jerry you’re FANTASTIC! Thank you for coming out in the middle of the night. Called @ 12:05 AM he arrived exactly at the ETA he said he would 12:24 AM @ Minooka. Replaced furnace blower motor; all work done by 1:12AM.

Called Jerry on a Sunday night around 8 PM. Our furnace was not working properly. It was 5 degrees outside. He came out right away and had us up and running by 9:34pm. Really appreciate Jerry’s responsiveness.

I contact Jerry and he responded to my home quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem and provide a simple fix for my problem. I would recommend him and his team for any of your HVAC needs. Superb customer service and excellent responsiveness.

So although my issue was a man emergency and I can appreciate emergency calls needing to be handled. I called to have service performed on my whole home humidifier, I was given a time for an appointment. The day of my appointment the tech calls and ask if we can reschedule. I kindly agree and set up for the next day. Although it meant changing some things around I would make it work. Next day I call the text a half hour into my appointment window just to be asked if we can reschedule yet gain, and I was just about to be called. Now I am appreciate jobs running long and so forth, but to reschedule 2 days in a row! No consideration for y time and scheduling. Sorry I will not use or recommend this company.

I had no air and my husband has difficulty with breahing. It was 90 in the house and we were expecting company. I was beside myself and I I asked for help at 11pm At 7am Jerry was on his way.Jerry was easy to work with and I will never use anyone else..My unit is old and soon needs replacement so Jerry will get another call. DON"T LOOK ANY FURTHER JERRY IS YOU GUY!
