Ryan is our service technician we used over 2 years ago when we had our sinks and shower replaced. The shower has been giving us sporadic water pressure issues ever since it was installed. Ryan toured the entire condo building, taking pressure readings in various locations. He checked all of our shut off valves to ensure they were working properly. After we gave him a referral to another condo owner who needed a new shower, he realized that we could use the same shower unit even though we are on the top floor. He replaced our 2 year old unit with same type he had installed in our neighbor's bathroom. He cleaned out all of the sludge in the water feed lines and installed shut off valves on the shower unit itself. The shower is a better style, has more spray options as well as a hand held spray hose. If Ryan had not been so diligent in finding the root cause, we would still have our old shower that did not work properly. Ryan is simply the best!

James was my tech he cleared out the blockages and was super helpful. He gave me quite a few recommendations for how to avoid the issues I was having in the future. Like using dawn dish soap instead of the brand I was using and to pour hot water down the kitchen sink at least once a week to break down the grease. He was very professional and had a friendly demeanor.

The gentleman that came here was very nice and informative. He showed me what was wrong. Thought me a little about how the system works and why it broke down. I will use this company again. I highly recommend them.
