Aqua's Perfect Home Services

Allen, Chris and Tyler were our technicians and they did an excellent job installing our new 2-stage furnace. They arrived on time and wore shoe covers to protect our new carpet and put down protective mats as well for their work area. They finished the project in just a few hours with the installation of the furnace and the humidifier, as well as testing the equipment and instructing us on how to use the new equipment as well as instructing us on the use of the new thermostat. They also did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We are very happy we chose Perfect Home Services for this job.

Perfect home services has been by far the best service I've ever used. They are friendly, professional, and they explain everything before they even touch any system in the home. Very appreciative of their speedy responses as well; within 2 hour response time and 12 hour resolution.

I was able to schedule an appoint for online through Google for Perfect Home Services to fix my heater. When my original time window didn't work, I was able to reschedule over the phone for the next day. Luis came on time, was extremely professional, and fixed the problem--all for $99.

The service was professional and the technicians were kind and respectful. They were able to accommodate our needs quickly and we appreciated their thorough explanation of the work to be done. Overall a good experience.

Louis was very patient, professional and courteous! Also, had to work with Kyle in regards to some finance questions. Kyle was amazing as well and able to provide above and beyond customer service!

Dereck King-Miller was great!! He is so knowledgeable, professional, generous with his time, and an amazing, hardworking plumber. We would definitely use him again.

Mo and Mike were professional, responsive and very tidy. They did great work. I was disappointed with the back office lack of follow up, but the plumbing work was top notch.

Aqua installed an attic fan for us in December 2021. The fan has been leaking when it rains, and recently, it's been making abnormally loud noise. Less than a year later, the fan seems to be broken. Further, a roofing contractor recently showed us that the attic fan had been installed incorrectly. Screws straight into the shingles, no caulking or anything.

Apparently, Aqua is now part of Perfect Home Services, and no longer services attic fans. They won't address the issues I'm having with the attic fan they installed, and it appears Aqua customers are left high and dry. Disappointing, steer clear of Aqua Perfect Home Services.

Michael, technician they sent was very professional, friendly, and informative. He had great advice and insight on our system and would use again.
