Zach was great! He literally checked thoroughly from the basement to the roof, looking to figure out why my boiler wasn’t working correctly. He explained the issue in basic terminology so that I could really understand what was going on. I now have heat in my place and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg - highly recommended!

Our heat went out at 9:00 PM. I gave the company a call, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at 11:00 AM. The service was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. They were very patient in answering my 4-year-old's numerous questions as well as many of my own. Additionally, Lee was very receptive toward the some of the observations I had made about what might be wrong, even with my very apparent lack of experience. We had a very good experience with Aqua, and will be recommending them if anyone we know has heating issues.

I am so happy with the results. I had to have a lot of work done. Cole was great. Completely professional and thorough. He worked hard nonstop. He also discovered a couple problems that could had been catastrophic if gone undiscovered. With all the work that had to be completed, I am amazed it did not take longer than a day. Edgar came to do an estimate to move a gas line prior to renovating our kitchen. He was very personable and explained everything in great detail. I look forward to having him back to do the actual work.

He spent time diagnosing the issue and and he gave us his honest opinion on what our best option is. I would definitely call Aqua Plumbing and Heating the next time I need their service.
