I originally called the company when my heat did not go on on a cold morning. They took the call immediately and had someone out within a few hours. The tech man gave a thorough assessment of what the problem was ( heat exchanger cracked, some other issues of rust and debris in the unit as well as the assessment that it wasn't originally installed by another company that installed it 11 years ago. He presented all the evidence of the problems on an iPad, with photos of everything that was broken, dirty, rusty or problematic. He priced out the repairs. Given the major issues (cracked heat exchanger being the worst) I asked to price out a new unit. A separate. person came out that afternoon (this was a Thursday). I talked over my options and chose to go with a new unit. A crew of three were out two days later and installed a new furnace and AC. They were punctual, friendly, knowledgable and efficient in their work. They made sure I knew how to use the new thermometer, spending an additional 15 minutes on that. Overall I was quite impressed with the entire organization and highly recommend them. These are people who know what they are doing and are not out to pull the wool over their customer's eyes. Definite 5 star company--Im pressed with Jake, the original tech, Jordan who set up the sale, and Stefan and Dan who installed (plus one other fellow whose name I forget). I also had my ducts cleaned as well. That crew came a week later and brought the same professionalism to the task, showing me via video the before and after of their work. Quite impressive.

Zach was very professional at explaining the problems that my unit has, and gave us advice and different choices as well as offering payment plans if needed. Great job and quality, we would highly recommend Perfect Home Services.

Jashawn was the service person for our recent annual furnace maintenance. He was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable about the furnace, offering to explain the steps of what he was inspecting, cleaning and replacing along the way. He took photos of the furnace, used a video camera to inspect the internal components, measured amperage, replaced the humidifier filter and furnace filter. Based on this recent experience, I'd highly recommend Perfect Home Services for HVAC maintenance. Thank you!

I had a problem with the hot water pipe line to dishwasher and to the kitchen faucet. The valve got stuck and the water was dripping behind the dishwasher since the appliance stopped working. I googled and got The Perfect Home Services aka Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, called them and scheduled the service quickly. I got the service availability within few hours though I never been into the premium membership.
The service person fixed the problem, was super awesome, he had been keeping the smile all time and showed much interest to fix anything you throw at him about the plumbing. He was so friendly and fixed the valves in no time, also he showed certain areas where the future repair might be required, that really helps us to check and decide when to call them again. He indeed explained very detail for all the options he put together. The way he explained was super simple and very easy for us to follow what he is talking about. He also customized the options for us to get the most discounted price for the max repairs. Lastly, I don't have to say I signed up for the VIP program for the benefits and the discounts. Worth the price, Easy to approach, transparent repairs/ services. Definitely Recommended.

Lee did a wonderful job on his service call. He talked through all the possible reasons for the issue with my furnace, then eliminated each one until he figured out the cause. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He was also nice to my dog!! Highly recommend.

Anthony was excellent!!! He conducted a thorough review of our system and pinpointed our issue and provided many options to resolve it. He did a fantastic job in explaining everything and providing pictures which really illustrated the severity of the issue. We will be asking for him personally for all of our HVAC a needs in the future.

We hired them for our annual AC and heating system maintenance, and Zach did an amazing job! First off, the whole thing was very thorough. It was also well documented, with lots of photos that were shared with us afterwards. Most important, Zach did a really great job explaining everything to us in a way that was easy to understand. Highly recommend!
