The representative (Kurtis Donald) was very knowledgeable and explained reasons for needed work in a way that ordinary person would understand. Very professional.

They were on time with a good estimate of the time it would take to do the install. While not inexpensive after multiple quotes their pricing was better than the others. I recommend the crew that did the work.

The plumber was very professional came on time answered all my questions helped with the questions I had. Didn't need to use there service's at this time, but will use them if needed in the future.

The Tech came out and looked at a leak we were having in our condo. ?He assessed the problem and took pictures and let us know all the options. Super professional from beginning to the end. Totally recommend for any plumbing,, AC or Heater issues! You can't buy professionalism like this these days. Thank you Aqua!

While Aqua responded very quickly to give us an estimate, either they didn’t want our business and gave us an incredibly ridiculous bid or they’re just very expensive. They also said it would be a MINIMUM of 12 hours, so at least a two day project. I called Midcity and they gave us a quote over the phone and were out the next morning (they had a cancellation). Project was completed in 3 hours. We saved over $800 and the project was 100% completed to our satisfaction.

The company told me that someone would be at my house that night, then the plumber called and told me he wouldn't be at my house until the next day. Then a different plumber called and told me he was at my house... poor communication firstly. The plumber that came diagnosed the issue and told me he needed to cut and clean some pipes at a discount for $365 which was fine. But he came back and poured a bleach solution in the pipe, said it was fixed, and nothing else. He charged me the same amount. On top of that he came into my home without a mask. Won't use this company again

Our AC unit had issues over this hot and humid weekend. We used Oelrich in the past but they are closed now and gave their clients to Perfect Home Services. ZACH OLSON was the technician we dealt with. ZACH DID a great job explaining what was wrong with the unit and detailed our options. He was very considerate , professional and answered all our questions.

They identified the problem and immediately began work to repair it. Once completed they cleaned up the mess and on their way
