My furnace went out last night and I called S & S Mechanical.Their on call tech Gary called me back promptly and was at my house within an hour. He was very kind and knowledgeable and explained my repair in terms that I could understand. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone

Always get outstanding performance from S & S mechanical. Gary does an excellent job with all of our HVAC needs. He does quality work and explains things to us so we know what is going on. He even helps us to be prepared with supplies on hand so we never run out of belts or filters. Always friendly and professional. Great to do business with.

I am in charge of maintenance at the police department building in the Village of Frankfort for almost 14 years. We have been using S&S Mechanical the entire time. I have always had prompt, and great service. They have knowledgeable and very thorough technicians who will take the time to explain the problems that you may have. Like Gary, who was at our place for our spring A/C maintenance. He takes the time to let me know the conditions of our 4 units and also to let me know that I had missing shingles on the roof. With that type of service, I would recommend S&S for mechanical services.

He was on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, and efficiencly repaired it. An example of the service we have received every time we have utilized their services.

During the polar vortex, my water heater pipe work became detached.
Called S&S and spoke to Stephanie. She was as usual absolutely wonderful and got an engineer to me within 2 hours of my calling. The engineer was quick and efficient. All sorted.
