My garbage disposal broke over the weekend. I got connected with Kwik Serv through my Home Warranty with American Home Shield. A few days later Josh replaced my garbage disposal. He was professional, effective, and got the job done within the expected time window.

Great company! Came to my aid in an emergency situation, my toilet tank broke when I slipped and against it. Water everywhere.! Same day service & very aware of my situation, I'm handicapped. They also replaced the shut off valve for the main water supply. I will definitely refer them to others & use them again. Good company and friendly competent staff. Kudos Kwik Serve!!!

My fist time using their service and I highly recommend. Josh Perez was the technician, nice young man and professional. He took the time to find the problem ( because it was hard to tell we’re the leaking was coming from) and fix it in no time. I’m happy with their service!

Lets be clear... The home warranty company is NOT the problem! The problem is Kwik Serv Plumbing!!!!!!
Yes they fixed the leak. After turning the water back on it turns out there are 2 more leaks that they did not see. I did most of the work for them. They charged me 250.00 to do 15 minutes of work to cap the pipe. I am sure they doubled charged me and my home warranty company. Even their own technician said he couldn't believe they charged this much for the service. I wouldn't recommend them at all!!!! They are thieves!!!!

I wanted to write you this letter to you telling you how happy we are with your company's service. I called our home warranty service up because we needed to fix some leaks under our sink cabinets. They sent out a company that had to return 5 times to actually fix the leak! Then we had problems with our water softener. I again called the Home Warranty company, but this time I told them Not to send out that other plumbing company. They connected me to another (Kwik Serv) plumbing company. I knew that we would be taken care of just from talking to the person at the front office and again when your plumber walked into our house.Your technician came in and said our water heater needed to be replaced and not repaired. I am disabled with a muscle condition and we have our children that live here also. Not having hot water was not only a problem, but could have become a health issue for me.. Your technician was able do something to temporarily give us some warm water until the new water heater came in. I can't tell you how so GRATEFUL we are for your technicians skills and sympathy for our circumstances
Recently we had a few other plumbing issues and I called the Home Warranty company and told them that the only plumbing service I want coming to my house was Kwik Serv. Your office called me shortly after I called the home warranty people. They went over the things that we needed fixed. You sent out Mike Inman. He was very professional and communicated with me during his entire visit. He called me to let me know he was on his way, he would be here in 10min. and he was. He wore a mask (due to Covid) and took off his boots to keep my house clean. Very respectful. Every part that needed to be replaced he showed me and explained why it needed to be replaced. He was very knowledgeable. Before I became disabled I was a carpenter so I know when someone is knowledgeable or just bluffing through a job, Mike was knowledgeable. Mike replaced our broken garbage disposal, fixed a clogged drain and a broken valve. My wife and I will recommend KwikServ Plumbing and Heating to everyone who needs it. Mike Inman is your guy. He did a great job and kwikserv will always be my go to for any future needs. Thank you so much for your great service!

Service Tech, Dane, was very professional and courteous,. He explained each step that needed to be accomplished. I was VERY pleased with his visit and thorough examination of the HVAC system.

In this day we all know Time=$. Terrance was the technician that tried 2 different ways until he ultimately found the part needed to meet my requests. It would have been more profitable for the tech and his company to simply replace the faucet. Instead they found and ordered the part so I could keep my faucet. Very polite, professional young man. Highly impressed with his sincere actions to meet my concerns.

Terrance did an amazing job addressing my plumbing needs. He arrived on time and completed the job swiftly. Very professional, would call them again.

Ian came yesterday to help with our furnace. He was on time and very professional and friendly. He was able to get our furnace started again and ordered parts to repair it. I felt good that we had a plan and a timeline to resolve the issues. When I called to set up the appt the receptionist was very understanding of the urgency of the call and helped to get someone out as soon as possible. I would definitely work with Kwik Serv again.

Ian came out to service our furnace and was fantastic! He arrived ahead of schedule, was very courteous, and went through everything he did step by step including his findings. Once done he even discussed a future plan of action to keep our furnace running optimally. I would highly recommend him!
